As the star glints in the sunlight Cleatus is imbued with the firearms skill and knowledge of the good old boys who have come before him, every hunt, every moonlit one in a million shot, and exactly how they made it comes flooding into his mind as he's granted the skill of every gunslinger the great state of Indiana has ever laid claim to. Though with it comes the independent spirit of those who came before it, and as new to magic as Cleatus is he finds it hard to resist these impulses they've forced upon him.

You and everything you are carrying is obscured in one of the following manners. You may Spend an Action to change the way in which you're concealed.
While this Effect is active, any Effect that would obscure you or your equipment specifically from other, additional senses fails automatically.
If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. Activating a targeted or obvious Effect, attacking, or being Injured ends the Effect. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for one minute.
You may turn this Effect on and off at will during its duration.

Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is quadrupled.
If your last Action was used for an all-out sprint or you are already accelerated, you may spend an Action to accelerate without a roll, adding 300 feet/Round (not affected by your speed bonus) to your sprint speed, to a max of an extra 900 feet/Round. As long as you stay at these speeds, you may use this distance per Round as your Free Movement.
Any terrain you traverse while accelerated must be passable by a standard vehicle at similar speeds. Stopping, turning sharply, or decelerating more than 300 feet/Round must be performed as an Action. Failing to decelerate with an Action (whether because of an obstacle, sudden unfavorable terrain, an Injury, or other event) deals 3 Damage which Armor does not reduce.
Outside of Combat, any non-Gift, non-movement Actions you attempt take drastically less time to complete, as long as your personal speed is a factor in the Action. Total time reduction is determined by the GM and capped at 90% (executing the Action takes no less than 1/10th the normal time).
Much like the name suggests, a rush of adrenaline courses through Kaji's body - allowing him to ignore his injuries and other penalities for the duration of combat, and fight at his fullest potential.
You could also maybe call it him just 'going into the zone', more or less.

Your Body and Mind Penalties are reduced to 0.
Having lost and found enough different body parts, Bruno's body and blood patiently waits for replacement parts instead of bleeding out and dying.

Any Injury you receive heals quickly, reducing its Severity by one level every 6 hours. Any Injuries you receive while this Effect is active do not deteriorate over time. However, any Battle Scars caused by such an Injury will remain unless it is Properly Stabilized as normal.
As long as at least half your body remains intact, you cannot die and remain at Incapacitated, regardless of how many Injuries you take. It is clear to observers that you are still alive.
Once an Injury has been reduced in Severity by two levels, it no longer benefits from this effect and instead heals as normal.

This Effect does not end early when you activate an obvious Effect, attack, or receive an Injury.
Most severe injuries occur far from a facility that could treat them, and in the fetid muck of the battlefield even minor wounds may be a death sentence. Luckily the soldier is well-trained in the use of their standard-issue medical kit. They may stabilize even the most severe injuries with a little gauze and some no-anesthetic stitching. Furthermore, the treated wounds of their comrades never get infected.

Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
You may dedicate your extra Quick Action to contest any attempt to escape your Grapples. If you do so, you roll your full dice pool to contest and retain your Action to do anything that does not target the subject of your Grapple.
Your Extra Appendage is incapable of fine object manipulation.
