You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Dexterity rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
- Reactionary: You gain an additional Reaction each Round. You cannot take an Action after taking a Reaction.
- You cannot React to the same Action more than once.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

Offr.com: What's it worth?

Sooner or later, all Contractors receive an invitation to join Offr Red, the secret membership tier. Offr Red members gain access to exclusive high-confidence, anonymous services. They can sell extraordinary items to Offr or put them up for auction for other Offr Red members to bid on. Crafty Contractors rejoice!
On rare occasions, Offr can even make deals to tie up pesky Loose Ends. However, they always demand a special favor in return.

Specialization Code-3
The -3 models of supersoldiers are capable of performing very precise actions at very fast speeds.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Dexterity rating is increased by 3. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
- Centered: You have perfect balance. You cannot be knocked over, and can maintain your footing regardless of the size or stability of the material underneath you.
- Double Time: You have one extra Action per Round. You cannot take an Action after taking a Reaction.
- Track Star: You may always move at your full Dash speed without any penalty.
- Reminder: to calculate the distance you can dash in one Round of combat, add together Dexterity + Brawn + 1, and multiply that by 5 feet.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
Climbing Higher
That dexterity, it’s almost unreal.
As an attack is coming towards Liam, his body moves seemingly automatically, with an afterimage tracing his moves.

Quickness
The goddess above has given me the ability to move faster than before. I now can use my ways to be come quick and agile as she was in life. The beard will sparkle as moves and freys in a way that is not natural.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Beard.
Your Dexterity rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Heightened Reflexes: You may make a single Reaction each round as a Free Action.
- If your Beard is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months, or until you can recover any relevant missing items (which may involve a side-game and requires a GM to approve whatever process is used).

With his first contract complete and his blood pumping, Douglas is already after his next adrenaline rush. He's faster now, quicker on the pickup. Prowlers Bane
A ghastly silhouette perches atop the treeline, it see's a human alone and unarmed in the middle of a shadowed clearing. The figure readies itself, then pounced. Just as quickly as it leaped the human turned into a blur then a sudden collision met its jawline shattering it, tumbling mid-air hitting hard on the dirt ground the creature fumbles trying to stand. Suddenly, realising the tingling of a warm sensation flowing down it's neck the creature grasp it's throat, moving it's hand to meet it's eyes the creature saw a dark fluid clinging to its hand. Afterwards, darkness.
