Michael’s eyes blaze like suns, before the flame gutters down his arms to heat his hands like a welding iron, melting what he grabs into melted slag.
Michael has learned to further channel his inner flame.

If you succeed, your target is repaired back to a functional state. If you fail, you spend the full time working before realizing you cannot repair the target. If your target only requires fuel or power and is otherwise in working order, this Effect costs no Exertion, and the target is fueled/powered for the next 24 hours.
If you are successful in repairing a Sapient Object, a single Injury on the target is reduced in Severity by your Outcome.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: a compulsion to protect the environment. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.
The Vampire takes hold of a helpless victim's vitality from range, visible as a red string appearing taught in her hand leading back to her victim, and uses a sharp edge to cut it free it from them.
Blood and viscera whips across the air, compressing and forming into a small red crystal sphere in her hand which it crunches between its teeth to complete the transfer. Upon doing so, its wounds and scars vanish and its victim is left to bear them, most likely dying in the process.
Melody Waters was a beautiful young woman with brilliant white hair and warm hazel eyes. She was murdered in an alleyway, helpless to so much as scream, and from her death was made Lorelei.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Sapient target within 80 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target has blood in their body. You must actively and obviously use a bladed weapon to activate this Effect. When you Activate this Effect, roll a single d10. If the result is 5 or lower, your target receives a Minor Battle Scar. Your target may Resist to cancel the transfer.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see you tear blood and viscera from the victim's form to be consumed.

The target's head must be mostly intact and facing upwards. Seraph sits on her knees and uses a blade to slit her right wrist and pour the blood into the mouth of the target. The skull of a goat sprouts from her head as she chants in tongues. At the end of this ritual, the targeted injury rapidly heals over a few seconds.
This gift's source is a magenta cross tattoo on Seraph's right arm. When this gift is activated, the tattoo glows with energy.

Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Charisma + Medicine at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
If your Outcome is greater than the Severity of the Injury you were attempting to treat, you may apply any excess Outcome to other Injuries on the same patient.
If you begin healing an Injury on a target that has been dead for less than a minute, and your healing reduces their Wound Level to a non-lethal level, their life is restored.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see (In description).
The user inserts 2 American $1 coins into the slot on the radio, which disappears in a quick second as the slot dimly, briefly glows green. The radio begins to spit out quiet static, as the user sees through their clouded eyes the memory of the target.
The target experiences the wandering dead spirits of the world accepting their offer of currency, and showing them a memory they have witnessed in the world in exchange.
If David showcases something with emotional resonance to the target’s soul to the wandering spirits, they may use that resonance to find/track the target in the world and glean some secrets. The spirits may even comment on the item in question, whispering opinions on it into the user’s ears (ex: “Quite a large painting. This one you send us to look into must be quite gaudy…I almost don’t want to bother. But I suppose the toll is paid”)
David, while repairing the Thomas Edison Spirit Cellphone, managed to reverse engineer some of its more…unique components. He even found a small manual hidden inside, which described that, according to Spectrum S, wandering spirits in the world can make a great fuel source. David was disgusted at this discovery, and wondered what would happen if one instead offered them a coin of value for their troubles and aid, the way the Greeks did in the days of old. A modern day way of giving them Charon’s obol. So he set about constructing the Spirit Box, and soon the wandering spirits of the world became aware of his offer of coin.

For example, “what is their computer password,” “What were they doing at 4:00PM yesterday,” etc. You cannot get answers to broad, analytical questions like “are they a good person?” or “what are their plans for the future?”
Each memory takes as long to read as it takes to answer the question. When replaying a full memory, it is replayed in double time.

True to their namesake, the hacker can penetrate the security of any computer system, granting access to its informational stores, or, in a pinch, allowing them to issue commands. The hacked system will display a flickering image of a ghost until it is dismissed.
While hacking, The Technician's fingers move with supernatural speed, blurring like a ghost.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Computer within arm's reach. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.

The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
If your command does not require bypassing the security of the target (for example, typing on a computer that is unlocked), you do not need to Exert your Mind to activate this Effect, and activation only takes a single Action.
Your Hack cannot be reversed through mundane means for a number of hours equal to your Outcome.
Every hack you make leaves behind a flickering image of a ghost in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
