Description
The user of this power would release ‘water’ from their hands as they strike, flowing quickly and effectively. Working like a simple martial arts but trained to make it more effective, pending on what happens you’re bandages may be to fall off. Revealing some parts of your arms.
System
Passive, always in effect. Unarmed attacks will do +2 more damage, and Brawn does not act as Armor against them. The target's other Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up.
Unlike the Ability Brawl, this Power does not affect small weapons such as knives.
