Description
Stinky Pete takes a swig from his wine jar and his eyes get droopy and his movements become more erratic. His moves can not be graceful and its part luck part skill that allows him to do the things he does.
System
Passive, always in effect. Unarmed attacks will do +0 more damage, and Brawn does not act as Armor against them. The target's other Armor is Fully Effective.
Unlike the Ability Brawl, this Power does not affect small weapons such as knives.
Enhancements
-
Brutal Strikes
(If your attack inflicts a Battle Scar, you may choose which of the appropriate-severity Battle Scars the target suffers. If it causes a less severe Injury, you may inflict a Minor Battle Scar of your choosing.)
-
Savage Onslaught
(Brawn does not act as armor against your unarmed attacks)
-
Precision Strikes
(You may use Dexterity instead of Brawn to Attack and Defend. If you would successfully incapacitate a target using Finesse, you may opt to knock them out for one hour instead of having them suffer an Injury.)
-
Armored Fist
(You cannot take Damage from attacking a dangerous material (such as steel armor, a spiked carapace, or an acidic blob). You may Defend against melee, projectile, or firearm attacks from any range and Clash with those in range of your attacks.)
-
Bullet Parry
(You may use a Reaction to Defend against any Melee, thrown, or projectile Attack in range of your Attacks.)
-
Jiu-Jitsu
(When you successfully grapple an opponent, you may choose to also deal damage to them equal to the Contested Outcome on the grapple roll.)
Drawbacks
-
Focus
(Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
-
Unique Focus
(This Power takes the form of a specific, unique item, which can be borrowed, lost, or stolen. You must use / wear this item as intended to use this Power.)
