Each mark is a small business card, dusted with strange, gritty, multicolored dust. One side says 'Hibiscus Tea', while the other says the target's name, if Hibiscus is aware of it.
The card appears in the target's possession unnoticed, and as long as it is on the target's person, they feel like they know where Hibiscus is, though the information is soft and muddled. Additionally, Hibiscus can use these cards to keep track of people important to her service. It's important to keep your allies and your employers safe!
