Description

Occult practitioner recites an incantation of "Rite of Moonlight", and targets a single foe. The destructive potential of the spell depends on the spellcaster, and the attack is not impossible to dodge for the target of the spell.

*Despite it's name, the spell itself is neither a rite, nor requires spellcaster to have Luna's light shine upon them. Rather, it was simply an attempt of generalizing a category of spells. The name itself, however, comes from it's unnatural pale shine, making first spellcasters associate it with the Moon in the night sky.*
