A 2 Gift Firearm Mastery Power used by Alberto Rojo, created by Havi.
Description
A completely white lever rifle. Once fired towards the target it acts as if one were shooting blanks. However the one that gets shot by it starts suffering an internal breakdown on emotions, as if a hundred repressed traumes within the target suddenly sparked up and brought them to tears.
System
Passive, always in effect. Attacks with firearms will do +2 more damage. The target's Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up.
Enhancements
- Quick Fingers (Drawing your weapon is a Free Action as long as it is on your person. You may reload or swap ammo as a Free Action)
- DNA Safety (Any firearm affected by this Effect that you own can only be fired by your hand.)
- Hit Girl (Reloading is a Free Action.)
