Legacy Power: Unstable Distortion
Shouting over the arc lightning, "WHERE DID IT GO!"...the distortion swells then bursts, exploding over the gathered agents in a wave of psychokinetic force.

Description
When Guido instinctively creates a Time Distortion, the pulsing nucleus of the temporal rift is unstable, exploding moments after it is created.
System
Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and target a location in line of sight and within 50 feet to be the center of the blast. The area in a 10 feet radius of your target immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Next round, on your initiative, roll [[Intelligence + Temporal Physics]]. Every creature remaining within 10 feet of the targeted location takes Outcome + 2 damage. Armor is Fully Effective against this damage.
