Description
When Peter Briggs is within arms reach of the target, he can take a minute to investigate the target and learn their name and alias' Peter can also notice little details of their attire to be able to be able to track them as long as they made their trail within the part 24 hours
System
Exert your Mind, choose a Sapient target within Arm's Reach and spend 1 Minute examining them. At the end of the cast time roll Intellect + Alertness Difficulty 6. The quality of the information you receive depends on your Outcome, and the nature of the information depends on the Enhancements you have chosen.
The number of information-revealing Enhancements attached to this power is limited to 2 for Novice characters, 4 for Seasoned characters, and 7 for Veteran characters. You may still take any number of other, non-informational enhancements.
Enhancements
- Tracking (The target’s trail for the past 24 hours is revealed to you and anyone you teach to follow it. This trail shows how long ago the target was there and is followable even when they are in a vehicle.)
- Name (Learn the target's name, nicknames, screen names, and aliases)
