Description

System

Passive, always in effect. Successful attacks with thrown weapons no longer have their damage capped and will do +1 more damage. The target's Armor is Fully Effective.

  • Jackie Chan (You do not receive a Difficulty penalty when throwing objects that are not designed for throwing.)
