Description

Billy Blitzen throws an object enhanced by his superhuman speed, causing the projectile to accelerate to near bullet speeds. Billy's training as an Athlete has resulted in him being able to twist the projectiles in just the right way as to ricochet off of objects.

System

Passive, always in effect. Successful attacks with thrown weapons no longer have their damage capped and will do +1 more damage. The target's Armor is Fully Effective.

Enhancements

  • Ricochet (You can make a thrown attack against a target behind cover so long as there is at least one exposed pathway to them.)
