Week 1:
I have made some improvements, i succesfully sat in a stationary car for a full 5 minutes without feeling anyform of intense fear, it sounds small but this is a massive improvement for me, it did take an entire week for me to reach this point but its a start.
[END OF WEEK 1]
Week 2:
ok... i successfully took an uber all the way from my appartment to the hospital, the distance between them isnt huge but this proves i can do this and that im getting better
[END OF WEEK 2]
Week 3:
I rented a car at the advice of my therapist and drove it along the rode, and i felt perfectly fine, this is going to be very helpful since i have developed a lasting limp after a recent leg injury so now i'll be able to move around more freely, especially in places that arnt known for being very easy to travel without a car.
[END OF WEEK 3]
Week 4:
My therapist has said it is astonishing how fast im recovering through exposure therapy and talking about my experiences that i will be complete with my therapy by the end of the week, it has taken quite abit of time inbetween each of my achievements but now that its almost over i think i will atleast be able to take public transport and ubers from now on, though i think i'll avoid long distance driving to be on the safe side.
I do wonder why this trauma, which many people wouldnt recover from in their entire life and has been debilitating for me until how is suddenly gone, my only hypothesis is that its something to do with the strange man who gave me that job, I'll look into this later.
