Greenhouse Notes 1 - Establishment
After my time on my first Contract (first is a scary signifier here...), I obtained a guava fruit. For most people, this is nothing more than an inconsequential happening. For me, however, I realized what to do. When first agreeing to become a Contractor, I was told that I would have the power to change things, to get anything I wanted. But it seems like the power to change things comes first from me.
I have gone ahead and formally claimed the greenhouse on the roof of my apartment building. It has gone unused for years, and I have the key and the access so... why not? It took the better part of a month to clean out, but I have gone ahead and moved out everything old and broken and hauled it down to the dumpsters. I'm so glad nobody saw me. I'd be so scared to explain what I'm doing, haha.
But now that it's cleaned out, I've gone ahead and hauled the guava plant up. The blue glow it emits has become less scary and more... comforting as the days have gone on, but I think it's still better to be putting it somewhere more suited to it. I'll check on it every day and see how that goes.
It already seems to be producing fruit. Hopefully the yields are good.

It utilizes a distributed architecture that allows it to host content across the entire world, sharding and mirroring its petabytes of data accross millions of personal devices. Content uploaded to CryptoLeak is immutable and cannot be doctored or redacted by any known means.
For once, technology has put the power in the hands of the little guys.
World governments and other powerful organizations can still censor or restrict access to CryptoLeak within their domains, and they sometimes utilize the platform for misinformation and psy-ops campaigns. However, for most people, CryptoLeak represents the freedom to speak and be heard.
Of course, simply uploading a video does not gaurentee it will be seen or gain traction, nor does it protect you from any consequences that may come along with pulling back the veil. . .
