Greetings Dear Mother,
As previously mentioned my trial companions were injured and required my aid in stabilizing the wound. Sadly my ability to heal is not yet strong enough to replace the hand that Gunnar lost. Fortunately we devised an alternative form of treatment that we discussed thoroughly through the phone technology that my companions spoke about extensively. Gunnar did not formally embark on a pilgrimage but...would it be too forward to call him a neophyte Mother? I am unsure of the standards I wish to put in place for such events and the designation of first official follower is a decision not made lightly.
As such, I decided to consider his journey a mere visit instead, with his generosity being rewarded with my blessing. I was able to reinforce the trace of my essence remaining within the wound and create a rudimentary prosthetic. When the ceremony was complete we exchanged kind words and parted ways.
It comes to mind that I should construct an alter or sanctuary for the purposes of rewarding pilgrimages and offerings with blessings. Completing the ceremony while in the comfort of my home was convenient but was not an appropriate location for such a sacred bestowal.
Greetings Dear Mother,
I have officially received my first offering from the previously mentioned good Doctor Nicholas. As part of a pilgrimage no less!
Truly your time spent teaching me of the manner in which to attract supplicants and followers was not in vain. In the future I foresee that my presence in this realm will be known to many. With my bodily vessel quickly acclimating to my energy and authority, the signs of my heritage and power will be plain to see. Nevertheless my journey will not be impeded by such things. I plan to entertain and ingratiate the mortals in a manner that will spur them of their own volition to assist me in my journey.
I have already begun and can proudly say that I have found a true companion in my journey in the form of the Doctor. He seeks to gain the ability to cure the ails of those suffering from all sicknesses. A truly commendable goal and one that I sympathize with. We exchanged many words and learned much about the other, the Doctor shared a wealth of knowledge on the subject of mortal bodies. Their many weaknesses and redeeming strengths are a testament to the enduring strength of the earth their flesh originates and the subtle shifting of the water within them. Their passions all descendent embers of the fire that gave them life so long ago.
Truly their endurance and determination is commendable.
