so, i started training a little harder. nothing super serious, just getting out and getting a little more exercise. seems like it's helping WAY more than it realistically should. and not a moment too soon, because the news cycle has been fucking NUTS. apparently LITERALLY EVERY MAN from 18 to 35 is drafted into some kind of pseudo-military? like, holy shit, what gives? i mean, it's not like they can drag all of us onto the front lines down in Goshen, right? fuck, i dunno. really hoping i can make some friends here soon. seems like now more than ever it's a good idea to have some fellow contractors on speed dial. 

kudzu garden's been going well, i've got it growing off a neat little lattice i made from some scrap wood. been starting to feel like i'll need an awful lot more of it, what with how many powers i've been picking up. luckily, it's not a picky crop, so i'll just keep working at it. i mean, legally, i'm not supposed to be FARMING it since it's so invasive, but it's not like anyone's gonna care what i do on my own property if i keep it trimmed.
