Getting my hand "fixed"
After my first contract and after Ajax's frankly incredible work on my missing hand, he actually somehow called me (the phone number just said his name instead of actual digits, I have no idea how he did that). I got to know where he lives (not Greece, but California for some reason, explains why he speaks English at least) and where to find him in that forest of his.
I packed my bags for a quick trip over there (luckily I keep my passport updated for the business and all) and met up with him. He's got more amazing powers than expected, he was able to somehow make the plants and roots covering the stump of my arm take on the abilities of what I can only assume is an actual hand. Only needed to rip my heart out for some fucked up reason.
Well, still have to live with the stump, but with Harun the world would know I had something going on sooner or later anyway.
After that I spent a week in California, a few days with Ajax and then another few sightseeing.
Overall made good connections and had a more successful trip than anticipated.

OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.
