Attention, Citizens:
The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) in cooperation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is launching a international initiative to locate and apprehend fugitive Apollo C. Quiboloy. This individual is wanted for various crimes such as engaging in sex and human trafficking, fraud, coercion, money laundering, cash smuggling, forming of organized crime groups among other charges worldwide.
To incentivize and encourage public participation, we are announcing a competition with a grand cash prize of $10 million to individuals who would directly lead to the arrest and conviction of Apollo C. Quiboloy. This initiative is open to any and all individuals from all countries.
Details of the Competition:
1. Eligibility: Open to all individuals internationally.
2. Prize Amount: $10 billion USD.
3. Application: Application can be submitted through the following channels:

- Point of Interest: On August 4, selected participants will be flown from NAIA to California, which has been identified as a point of interest in this investigation. Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the Government.
Terms and Conditions:
- The reward will be granted only to those who lead directly to the arrest and conviction of Apollo C. Quiboloy.
- In cases where multiple individuals lead to the arrest, the prize may be divided accordingly.
