Ricky Devins is from a small town called Harrodsburg, Kentucky. He lives in a apartment on top of his tattoo shop. He was born here in Harrodsburg so it is all he really knows. He can nott imagine the city being much better than the quiet life in his small town. The only reason he would leave Harrodsburg is if he could achieve his dream. His apartment is filled with drawings of different popular magical girls and their merch. The tattoo shop below is just your standard tattoo shop filled with normal tattoo ideas, tattoo chairs, tools, and the such. He loves his quiet life but he hopes for more.

He gets most of his money from his tattoo shop below his apartment. He accepts customers whenever he can get them and accepts payments up front so he does not get scammed. He spend most of the money that is not set for food and bills on magical girl merch and stuff for his tattoo shop. He has spent upwards of thousands of dollars on magical girl merch like figurines, posters, and rare vhs tapes and cds. He also of course needs supplies like Ink and replacement tools for his shop. He is also still paying off some of his equipment in installments.
