Evelyn Wayne lives within the great city of New York City, New York, in her late father's penthouse suite in the Manhattan borough, the richer side of the city proper. Her butler of choice keeps the penthouse clean, but it's an awfully lonely location. The view is divine, enough so that she can see anywhere from her giant penthouse proper.

New York City suffers from a heavy crime rate, one that Evelyn intends to correct. Often times, some of the most deplorable acts are committed in the city, and so she stays in some odd vigilante justice mindset. By utilizing her assets, managing her connections, and staying within the public sphere as rich girl philanthropist playgirl, she can look like just a crafty business woman with a lot of sense and intellect.

Behind a smile, she resides her own den, the lioness prepares to strike.

The Cover Story

Inheritance. After the cruel death of Bruno Wayne, Evelyn found herself gaining a very large inheritance fund. The stocks of the company proper, were handed over to a wealthy man who her father trusted very much, and with her funds from the Wayne family, she is able to live comfortably however she sees fit. A high yields savings account allows for a consistent growth in her wealth ceiling, allowing Evelyn time to do what she enjoys. It seems in her own schooling, she was into athleticism, so a lot of events she likes to frequent on guest reservations.

However, she often sends money to the less gifted and disabled children, establishing her own charity to give those who need it more. She often is seen giving her wealth to those more in need, and making deals for the betterment of society and humanity proper.

The Truth

An offshore account had been made by her, via a financial advisor, after the cruel death of Bruno Wayne. After her father's death, years later, she trained her body day in and day out, ate shit on the streets of New York, and built herself back up to an impressive woman. Attempting to seduce her father's killer, the thief who stole her family's fortune, Evelyn found she not only had the drive, but the ambition.

Death did not come swiftly for him. But regaining as much of the assets from the rich man she could, and stealing his own, she found herself into an extraordinary amount of money.  However, she did not find solace and peace. Evelyn Wayne, the little girl who loved her papa was dead.

So. She made a hedge fund. Yet, she could not sleep.

She kept at it. She kept training. She kept eating protein to get stronger, kept exercising to get stronger, and kept training in the gym. She developed a pretty convincing cover story about the death of the established businessman Bruno Wayne and the heiress to the fortune, Evelyn Wayne. A fairytale princess story to inspire little girls, to become a role model meant to help inspire those to come. Investors began putting money into her hedge fund, for her story touched their hearts. Her late father, who would look down fondly at his daughter for making a name for herself, made it easy to get donations. A smart woman, a self-made woman.

She adjusted well, spending money on classes to be 'normal', to act the part. Ladylike, learning the walk. She put money into financial advisors, to keep it at the ready. She made a name and face for herself, the last living heiress of the Wayne family. An inspiring tale, that she spread via tabloids, news stories, blogs, interviews. She always kept the story straight.

As far as everyone knows? The cover story is all they need to know.

Ambition

To kill as many humans as she can. That is true, but it's painfully uninformed. She devotes her existence to ending the lives of those who create harm to others. Divine retribution allowed her life when her father was taken from her, so to put it simply, she will make the world regret Bruno Wayne's death.

Would she kill? Yes. Yes she would. She has before, she will again. Sociopathic to a fault, Evelyn Wayne has no restraints when it comes to killing. The monster inside of her is always at the ready to bear it. She will not fully feel the guilt of taking life.

She will allow herself to get close enough to death to get her ambition. To clean the world, to fix it, she will bear the weight of every kill she makes, to swim in the sea of blood.

Her desire, Retribution.

Her fury, Searing.

Her will, Undying.

The Death of Bruno Wayne

At the age of 12, Evelyn Wayne lost her father during a random act of violence. Staged as a pointed attack, it traumatized young Evie Wayne. She held her dying father in her arms, and though she herself was spared, she believes she died that day.

She can still feel the hot summer night's air on her cheeks as the killer came up to them, a common thug with a gun and a lot to prove. She can still hear the way her father told her everything was going to be okay while blood poured from the three bullet wounds in his chest.

She remembered right after that. How she, herself, had nowhere to go. How a family friend would take her in. How twisted he was for doing that, when he himself paid the killer. The way she found out and ran from his home to the streets. The way the drugs felt, shoved into her arm to make her forget. The way she nearly threw herself away.

His death nearly broke the young Evie Wayne. The circumstance behind it, changed her again into the cold-hearted sociopath she would grow to be.

Bruno Wayne

He's over twice my age, aged 60, and handles all of the house chores that I cannot. He also drives me when he is able to, to events such as galas and parties for the rich. Expert limousine driver.

I confide in him. He is like a father to me now."

"My physical trainer. He has helped me hone my body to the limit, and even puts me on diets to keep in shape. He handles all of my exercising training, and ensures that I do not slouch or laze behind. It is thanks to him that I am as able-bodied as I am, and therefore I trust him fully.
