Glasswork's Questionnaire

1. What town or city do you live in? Why do you live there instead of anywhere else? Describe your home.

Nonbei Yokocho

I live in the hidden section of Drunkard's Alley, the Infinite Corridor, in the Shibuya ward of Tokyo Metropolis, Japan. When I was little I'd been taken in by the underground community there. Beyond the izakaya, bistros, quirky shops, and other sights there are homes, offices, and all manner of other places further in. Granted...that won't mean much to you. The reason I live there is because it is one of the safest places in Japan, especially if you're part of the community.

The rules of the gate protect us, so the average person can't just stroll in. Not even gifts can get you in, at least not without you fooling Okasan first...Heh, and even then. Keep in mind that Japanese is a very literal and boring language when it comes to describing things. We'll leave it at that for now. Should you become a resident, I'll show you the ropes.

2. How do you get your money right now? What do you spend it on?

I do odd jobs when there isn't any work to be done, but primarily I get my money from working with the Hanamichi Service. I'm one of the myriad of guardians that keep an eye on the marked as they handle their business in the Alley. In particular, I'm the Kuroishi family's guardian. Whenever they have a guest I keep an eye on them, as well as what they're doing. If they break a rule I remove them, the severity depending on which rule they've broken and how. It's best we don't get into it any further.

As for what I spend it on...Usually groceries, ammunition, and cleaning kits. My armory's fairly well stocked thanks to the Service, but occasionally I buy my own weapons too. Sometimes it's better to have your own personal arms. Keeps people guessing.
