OakHaven, a small suburban neirhborhood located in the city of Celestiel. No one would expect a nefarious villain to be living in the peaceful area, conducting schemes from his 2 bed 2 bath 1 garage home. The lawn could use some work, but the mow-bot is down right now so it'll have to wait.  The housing market was also really good at the time he bought it, so it was virtually a steal, and that's what an evil scientist does! While HOA is a pain in the ass, the neighborhood barbeque is always a good time so long as Gladis knows not to bring her bland potato salad. No one will eat that! Otherwise, it's a decent place to live, it might even become the focal point of Dr. Knives's empire!
