Seattle Washington the town i grew up in the home of some of the best sea food in the us and has some of the best restaurants. instead of leaving as i got older i fell in love with the city and how rainy it was. with my love of food its hard to leave fresh fish, fresh always tasted better. the only ishue i face is trying to make a name for yourself in a city as big as Seattle especially when it comes to food. as i save to open my own restaurant i plan on looking to find ways to elevate my cooking by any means necessary.
