This questionnaire must be predicated on the assumption that the one answering made their player home in a city or something...oh well, I'll still answer!
i live in my dungeon! it was a cleared out day one dungeon, but with an unclaimed core, luckily, i could take advantage of the level zero buff to get in and claim it without any mobs attacking me! even set my teleport point and spawn point next to the core.
its very much a fixer upper, and kinda small, but that's fine by me, expected even!
was surprised that it didn't have *any* stocked "materials" but that's also fine by me, hopefully i can get this place up and running, while being a proper challenge for any visitors!
TTRPG maps! i make them in packs and in commission, the packs are done on a subscription, while commission is, well, commission based.
as to what i spend it on? well, mostly new games and cool minis of my characters!
though, when it comes to putting money into this game... yeah not much, ill mostly get my money in game, if possible, or save up if i cant get enough to cover costs and get what i want, and as to what ill spend it on in game? probably dungeon work, new tools, and data to make better traps and expand or improve the dugeon itself!
well to put into words... By the nature of my goal, to make a challenging yet fun dungeon for all of my potential visitors, I will necessarily end up killing for it (or at least getting close to it) but since this is Neo-GENIS death is only temporary for my visitors, what with this being a game, so that's fine, id say. as to how close to death? considering since nothing could even touch me while I claimed it, I can firmly say "not at all" or at least, not yet, but that's bound to change, considering that I plan to gather materials and the like from "Expeditions" as I'll call them, and might run into things that may want me dead, but not yet.
assuming you mean in the context of games? definitely when I ran my first TTRPG game, it was a one-shot where the the players had to heist a dungeon, it was very fun! especially when I played as the ruler of the dungeon, they were separate from the final boss, and it was very fun to play as that kind of character, since then I've been hunting for similar roles in games I play, especially if I can actually run a structure in any way, doubly so if i can send minions out to gather materials and stuff, part of why i love RTS games so much!
well, obviously, there's the other dungeon masters, they are all fellow Neo-GENIS players, like myself (now).
1: K1r@
A long term friend of mine, and the one who got me into TTRPGs in general! he's also got a dungeon, even if he made his own, but he was the one who told me about dungeon cores, and how they work, as well as speculating that they must exist in natural dungeons.
2: BonBen
another good friend of mine, if newer than K1r@, she told me about how the Neo-GENIS system works, without her I wouldn't have been able to get to the dungeon at all!
3: 3L1-KAI
really good friend as well, as all three of them are really, but that's besides the point, he was he one that helped me design the avatar, even taught me how to make powers, better than the tutorial did, like, massively better.
