Grace Winters's Questionnaire

Grace lives within an ac-ridge beyond the city limits because how peaceful it is to be living near a forested area where many wildlife and sometimes strange phenomena occurs. However often keeps to herself with her large study area within the large 3 story home that extends to about 400 sq ft that she obtained as a gift from her parents before they've all passed years before. Within this home is an onsen, private library, a medical facility just in case it could be of use. The large property offers plenty of space of leisure where there's even a garden present. Living in the city is too noisy and crowded for her liking but but only a 30 minute drive from into the city and back.

Grace spends her money not on luxuries that isn't necessary. Having a mid range car to provide the necessities of her travel. A couple other vehicles that aren't actively used where owned by her parents but are still functional just in case if they're needed. One is a 1980's sports vehicle that only a 100 where made during it's season. The other is a large 4x4 truck when her parents needed to transport or haul large items or trailers that has gotten plenty of use when the property was needing some care or even some construction/maintenance to be had on the large property. Her father even has a fuel station that can contain 5000L worth of fuel compatible with the vehicles present. It is used sparingly as Grace would only use it if the stations in the city were having issues so there's always a backup resource to help transportation be available.

Grace has been very focused on nature and the elements surrounding it. Including spirits to which she grew fond of in becoming. With the blessing of a Kitsune from a foreign world in helping to assist her in her goals. During her years in medical school and excelling her AP courses, the passion and calling for her purpose of healing not just from her practice in the industry but also a holy-like power to make things easier for others to heal. Medicine was the first step in accomplishing her goals but now the spirits that exist within the native culture are giving the opportunity to strive for. Becoming a powerful spirit to aid those in need or vanquish those that are evil and harmful for those under her protection.

Long ago Grace had a powerful enlightenment with a strange force when she was younger. Being in the present of giant spirits of not just her species but also other canines and animals being present. Lastly being the tree where all were connected to. Showing her the future of Grace's dream in helping others and what will come of it if she chooses to accept this destiny. She believed in fate but the offer was already decided when she took the large Kitsune's hand to grant her with her tails instead her usual 1. Being part of where her power lies when the time is right and soon enough will prove to her ancestors and spirits that she is capable. Unrelenting strife under all hardships of fate judges over her.

Grace has a close companion that doesn't have a physical form but able to communicate through the mind and soul. She doesn't normally show himself around the others unless she so chooses. Being more of a guide in assisting her towards the direction she needs to follow in obtaining her goals in time. Her name is Sakura, the spirit willing to give her the opportunity to follow their discipline. Through prayer and meditation is where the bond is strongest to share thoughts but Sakura naturally watches over her and spectates.

Another friend named Sevana Harper she has is an executive within the most prestigious medical institution. Managing the integrity and performance in the research of the medical field in establishing standards. Fairly powerful in status with rich people but she isn't interested in the benefits since her work and passion is parallel with Grace. Sevena is very serious and doesn't have a lot of patience for people being a nuisance. Especially for rudeness or incompetence.

Ben Dover is another friend of Grace who's a head of security and offers assistance in protecting important assets during any special operations with the institutions practice. Especially with dangerous phenomena of strange powers of people or creatures in areas where conflict will arise. Having authority and access to the military grade resources and contracted PMC employees at the permission of the institute. However, he couldn't assist Grace in matters that are outside the institutes jurisdiction or conflict of interest but he's willing to offer himself to help if there's a situation where Grace could be in danger.

Grace's childhood was simple but has had some adventures. Much of having many dreams of sharing a destiny of becoming some form of magical spirit ever since she was 8. Played a lot during recess but overtime became more focused in learning folklore and mysticism within the worlds of great beyond. Having many books on the topics of faiths, spirits, yokai, demons, and much of anything of the supernatural. Almost becoming an obsession before having forced to focus on studies from her parents and teachers. Sadly has felt depressed thinking she can never achieve her dream of being something powerful yet helpful to the well being of other's. Much like angels. Grace was really friendly, rather tall for the age of 16 in high school than most teachers. At times confused as an adult but didn't have much trouble once people gotten familiar with her. Wasn't really popular, often hung out with a group of friends of 5. Didn't get bullied since she seemed rather big and despite getting some attention from her peers, she wasn't bothered much.

Surprisingly did well during her time with school. Graduated with honors and a scholarship in a university within montreal for becoming a Psychiatrist. Although, hasn't seen most of her friends much since high school.

Her Mother was a well known artist in Canada and a background in the psychology field. Looking like a snow white kitsune with a soft voice that has a soothing tone. Grace has adopted a lot of the traits of her mother where they look closely similar and at times people confused them being sisters. Having retired from her mental wellness profession after doing it for 20 years before pursuing her passion for art. Creating many unique pieces like with her very detailed paintings, sculpting, even dioramas where it has seen many success of interested collectors or galleries.

Her Father is a black wolf who enlisted in the military as an intelligence officer but never talks much about it due to having himself exposed to many horrific tragedies that had to be addressed through very difficult decisions at the time. Possibly having some PTSD during some operations where he's been exposed to aggressive confrontations of the enemy. Now also being retired and living with his wife somewhere in Nunavut. Very cold but beautiful place with plenty of financial comfort to keep to themselves for their retirement.

Grace has had an interest in someone during high school by which she still remembers clearly but didn't seem to work out well. She had an interest with another girl who's been pretty nice, although somewhat of a trouble maker and her parents didn't really like Grace being around them. Sage Sinclair was her name and a 6'4" wolf from what she can recall, being athletic and being into sports which happens to be rugby and wrestling at the time. Having a lot of strength much more than the other adults even though she was young and being overall slim wearing some slightly gothic clothing with a leather jacket. Grace found her very attractive, not in a way how other students admire their physical features but rather infatuated with Sage's inner self that she never shows with other people.

Funny enough Sage was the one who at first bullied Grace for a few months when she was a freshman. Sage was kinda bitchy and mean towards the tall Kitsune but overtime Sage took a liking to her. Having never been treated with respect with the constant abuse and violent behavior of some of her dysfunctional family. Grace often spent time with her during and after school. Going to places where they can be alone and talk a lot, perhaps even snuggle on occasion. Sage seemed perfect, flawed and harsh but Grace felt she was special. Suppose another reason why Grace was never confronted with bullying is because Sage will protect the fluffy sune.

Grace never thought she'd be with another woman, especially how intimate it sometimes became. Being bi-curious for the longest time. Although, for some reason Sage just disappeared just after graduation. Waited at the dance hall for her but Sage never came. Feeling deeply hurt, saddened, and really worried where Grace desperately tried to contact them to see if something happened since it was meant to be a very special day. However no response with her calls or emails. The principle mentioned that Sage and her family suddenly got evicted from their home then seem to have moved somewhere in another city. There wasn't much of anything for Grace to find her as all social media and ways to contact Sage was met with no response. For years she never felt closely in love with anyone, never having seen her special wolf and been very depressed, even deeply worried if she's ok. Overtime she learned to let go but hopefully one day she'll see her again but... being almost 11 or so years that it seemed Sage is gone for good.

Grace is a fearful and easily spooked individual. She doesn't like witnessing others being in pain, especially those she cares for. Even though she loves the night and seeing the stars, being alone within pitch black darkness alone in the streets or the woods makes her feel very nervous. Having a fear of scary predators seeking to harm her or a scary stranger following and stalking her. It wasn't the first time she was chased by some individual in the darkness with a knife to mug her for her cherished items, like the necklace she got from her mother that she made and some bracelets. It was almost so traumatizing when she was 17 that she avoided as much as possible in going outside alone. Although, eventually overcomes the fear and being able to go out normally again.

Since then she has a noticeable fear of the darkness within small spaces, like being indoors where her height makes the places seem more claustrophobic. Having a fear of being kidnapped or assaulted has been something she fears often whenever she feels vulnerable. With her knowledge of other spiritual worlds and evil creatures has also made her worry of some malicious entity coming to harm her.

Grace's most sentimental items is the golden silver necklace with crystals of amethyst and sapphire. Matching her blue eyes and making her feel most comfortable in feeling her parents and the guardian angel of which her mother said will watch over her. Which is why she almost always wears it. Something Sage gave Grace is also something she cherished, a special wooden music box. Having a picture of the two together holding hands framed under the lid and always plays a tune that always put her at ease. Sage said that her grandmother gave this to her and to share it to someone special, one of the very few family members who wasn't abusive towards her.

For some reason it never needs to be re-winded to play the gentle tune it places. It was strange how it can constantly play but didn't really question it or bothered to ever take it apart to see. Sometimes Grace will listen to it in her home and imagine Sage being close to her again.
