Andrew grew up in Norwalk, his parents both from brooklyn NYC, before moving upstate to get themselves away from the city and it's chaos. Andrew met his first friends, dated his first flame, found his love of boxing, graduated highschool, all of it in Norwalk. . .it was all he knew before entering the league, traveling across the country for matches, seeing people of all kinds, etc. But, in the end, he ended up buying himself a nice home back in good ol' Norwalk, his home, his birthplace. . .where else would he want to be, then right where it all began? This was his home, now and until his dreams may come to be. . .or until he dies.
Andrew gets his money through being a heavyweight boxer in the WBA, having a 20-4 win/loss ratio, he's scored himself quite the comfortable lifestyle, a good chunk of the proceedings from matches going to charity, with the rest going into his account. He doesn't try to spend fruitlessly, of course he has a pretty large house, with a built-in gym in the basement, alongside a sauna for relaxation, the base and upper floors given just enough amenities to work for him, without spending too much for something not worth the green. Otherwise, his money goes into groceries (especially given his diet), bills, taxes, and other basic things any normal taxpaying American spends their money on. . .though sometimes he may splurge on going out with friends every now and again, or if he wants to get something every once and a while.
Andrew's ambition was born from the fact that both of his parents are decently powerful supernatural entities, being descendants of Greek deities (specifically the titan Atlas and the goddess Athena) came with its own difficulties growing up, especially given the sons of salem, in which he despises. The fact many supernatural beings are forced to go to castle verde or hide, lest things happen to them, let alone the non-human ones people feel fear and disgust towards. . .it was an idea he had as a teenager, one he couldn't just let go: "what if there was a place people like us could live freely?" It blossomed into a full-on ambition with time, his success in the boxing scene helping him begin to amass funds and have easier connections to like-minded individuals so that he could at least plant the seeds for it. He'd be willing to go to any length to archive this dream of his. . .and has killed for it before as well, being willing to do so again, for all of supernatural kind.
My childhood was extremely active, I was the kid always moving, striving to learn something new, leading the charge to explore, going with groups of friends into the woods to see what we would find. My parents were supportive, semi-strict on things, but still loving. They let me try, fail, try again, succeed, grow, learn, etc. I wasn't spoiled with things, my family fairly average, having to earn everything I owned with good grades and behavior.
In school, I was a trailblazer, while fairly average yet good graded in academics, I shined in sports and activities where I used my body. I was semi-popular, had my clique of friends I was always with, and honestly just was enjoying life. . .aside from the nervousness of having to hide our divine heritage, and worried over the sons of salem discovering us. . .my family was relatively happy, and we made the most of each day.
Love? . . .I tried dating a few times, while I won't reveal their names for privacy's sake, I had dated around 3 people, and each were good while they lasted. . .well, two of them were, I'm still with the third after all. My first girlfriend and I lasted for around a year, and were going strong for a while, but eventually we drifted apart. It was ended mutually ended on good terms, and it was ok, great while it lasted. My second girlfriend? we lasted a few months. . .until she learned I was a demi-titan, and I learned she supported the Sons of Salem. . .she tried to sick them on me, and I? . . .well, let's just say that she isn't a problem anymore. The third girlfriend? She's the love of my life, we've been 4 years strong and soon to move in together, though the plans are still being finalized. She's my light, and honestly, I plan to go the full mile with her.
