Terys Willford's Questionnaire

I Terys Willford live in the city of Pyre, a city of progress and endless opportunities, how ever I am on the run, due to the explosion of the Soulspire, which I have caused, I have a suspicion that someone saw me that night and is looking for me. Thus i never stay at one place for long, for what is a better way to stay hidden than constantly moving and changing your location. That means I move around the city a lot a am able to hide and bypass the guards with my nimble moves. There is one place frequent a lot and that is the black market. Why you might ask ? It is because on one of the expeditions to the new world that was discovered after the explosion i found my partner and weapon Dexter the Spectral Bane. He or it is a living organism in the shape of a gun and can be used as such, a pretty handy companion if you ask me, but for him to sustain himself he must consume a certain amount of ectoplasm. and that stuff can only be bought at black market.    

I get my money by working odd jobs or treasure hunting in the new world. Some of the artifacts found there go for a fairly large sum of money, however it is not enough to sustain a life the higher cast of the city, hence I mostly go around in the working class districts also ectoplasm is surprisingly expensive, there were times when the all of the value of the artifacts i brought from an expedition got me just enough ectoplasm for another expedition, but what would i not do for my partner. he got me out of a pretty tough situations before, so the price of him is much more than a few artifacts.  

As for my ambition, at the moment it is to help people of the city, and later to become a shadowmancer to be able to hide in the slightest of shadows and move trough them to blend in seemlesly, to hide from the past maybe or to use the newfound power to face it. But there is a long road ahead, hopefully it wont be too hard to fix things when the time comes. Until then I shall continue to gather more strength and some allies or companions would not be bad either. I would gladly put my life on the line if it would mean that things would get better, but at the moment survival is more important for me.  

The most defining event as of right now was the explosion of Soulspire and subseqent opening of the new world. The haunting green scar on the horizon. Somehow I managed to join the expedition force at the first exploration of the place, I lost some friends there but that is the past, however I started to avoid making friendships because the loss hurt more than any form of physical pain one can imagine. At the expedition i found a certain lets say companion that offered his aid in exchange for protection and food, and I took him upon the offer. his name is Dexter and he is pretty good at solving problems when they get out of hand.
