Khloe lives in NYC when she's attending college at the New York Institute of Technology, housed in one of the college dorms. She likes the city and the ability to hide among so many faces, though she knows anyone could find her if they wanted to. Living in the city allows her to be one of the many, an insignificant dot in society. She also loves the challenge of finding people, where people don't know everyone who lives near them, where people can get lost so easily. Her dorm room doesn't have much, since most of her money went to her computer and the college, but it's still home. She has enough clothes to make it through the week and the bare necessities she needs there to get by. Most of her stuff is second hand, but she knows one day things will be better. She was lucky and got a free room by herself, so no pesky roommate to deal with.
Khloe is pretty desperate for money at the moment, hoping to rely on contracts to help her out. She has a work study at the college, but that barely gets her by. She mostly spends her money on the basic necessities like food, water, bathroom supplies, etc., but occasionally she has just enough extra to get herself a little treat. When she treats herself, it's usually a coffee in the morning or getting an ice cream she can eat throughout the week. She does try to save money, though usually something will come up that makes her pull those funds and starts the saving over.
Growing up in the foster system left Khloe feeling really alone. She found computer technology, which gave her something to move forward with. Her goal is to use this gift of technology to help other foster kids get out of the lonely cycle of the foster system. She doesn't know how she will do this, but she knows she will one day make things better for the kids like her.

The moment Khloe found computers, her life changed. She learned quickly that she was not only good at it, but there was so much she could do with it. She was relatively young when they introduced computers at the school, and she was so quickly enamored with it. Learning how to manipulate and create with computers opened her world. She learned to code, build, and edit computers, games, and other programs. The possibilities were endless. She even used her knowledge of the internet (and eventually hacking) to find her birth parents. She takes small commissions from time to time to find people for others.
