Monte Gibson's Questionnaire

I live in a charming rural town located within the swiss alps. Despite my vast wealth, my home remains small, quaint, and hidden from the prying eyes of governments and corporate scum. Despite its small size, my house still has plenty of charm. I've selected the finest furniture from around the world, and I've made sure that the entire property is isolated from the grid, with network blockers, signal jammers, and every gadget on the market to keep the corpo rats off my trail. Ever since my big hack on Amazon, I've had to flee the United States and have taken refuge in Switzerland. I've been safe for now, but there's no telling how long it'll last.

Ever since I was a kid, I've always been infatuated with computers. Throughout my teenage years I spent my days writing simple scripts and viruses, and scraped a few bucks here and there from vunerable systems. When I graduated from high school, my talents attracted the attention of Amazon, which at the time was still a small startup, and I started working for them. This, however, was short-lived, as I watched as Amazon grew from a small startup into a carnivorous tech giant, devouring each and every competitor which stood in their way. I couldn't let this injustice go on. I used my administrator access to plant a rat onto Amazon's systems, and over the next year I let it fester and spread across their entire network, undetected. By the time they realized, it was far too late. I had burned their entire system, and stolen so much money I'd never have to work another day in my life.

I've seen these corporations strip citizens of their livelyhoods... and eventually their lives. Saw them transform the United States into a machine fueled by people's crushed spirits, broken dreams, and emptied pockets. Corps've long controlled our lives, taken lots... and now they're after our souls! I've declared war not because capitalism's a thorn in my side or out of nostalgia for an America gone by. This war's a people's war against a system that's spiralled outta our control. It's a war against the fuckin' forces of entropy, understand? Do whatever it takes to stop 'em, defeat 'em, gut 'em. If I gotta kill, I'll kill. If I must sacrifice myself to bring justice to these corporatons, then so be it.

All it took was one keypress. One button, and my life changed forever. The moment my finger touched the enter key, I knew I wouldn't be able to stay in the United States. I knew they'd come looking, that they'd spend every single resource in their power to track me down, bring me to their so-called "justice". But I had been slick. My virus was so deeply ingrained into the systems at Amazon that it'd take them months, maybe years, to even have a chance at tracking me down. But I knew I couldn't stay. So I left, packing my few belongings and booking a one-way flight to Switzerland. Using my newly acquired funds, I was able to secure Swiss citizenship and a small home in rural Switzerland, and I haven't looked back since.
