    Biography

    A kitsune trapped in human form after his soul was partially torn out and bound in a botched ritual in Japan. After his escape he found himself mortal, depowered, and in desperate need of friends and resources.

    Blessing of the Queen of Heaven: As the Keeper of the Highest Heaven and a deity of authority in Ishtar's palace, Leon has access to several benefits and abilities:

    (1) The celestial water in Ishtar's palace restores the Mind at a rate of 1 Mind per min soaking (3 max per day). The water cannot be transported.

    (2) You may Exert and spend 10 minutes willing a palace alteration into existence (e.g., add/repurpose room, set up a locked doorway, set up an alter).

    (3) You can recieve faith offerings there via an altar (as can other deities from their altars).

    (4) You have access to Ishtar's private scrying pool. Once per day you can roll Mind @10 to view any location in the mortal realm for an indefinite amount of time so long as you stay in place and maintain Concentration. At the conclusion of this Effect, you are Drained. Knowing the exact location reduces the difficulty by up to 2 while more unknowns increase the difficulty by up to 2 (e.g., "show me where this person's sister is"). The pool may show the wrong thing if the request is vague. More successes lead to a better view and the ability to zoom. 1-3 Successes gives an image (no sound). 4 Successes lets you perceive as if you were standing in the location.
