Harold Ford is the Vice President of Ford Motors, a job he landed mostly through nepotism and luck. He claims to be descended from Henry Ford, but this is a lie told to him by his Father, who was a high-ranking employee at Ford and changed his last name to Ford to imply relation to the company's famous founder. Harold did not believe this lie, and perpetuated it only as a means to furthering his goals. However, he is slowly beginning to believe his own lie. Although old, Harold is a master of firearms, a skill he picked up from years of big-game hunting in Africa. His largest asset to a team is his massive stockpile of money, which he uses to keep two bodyguards, a personal assistant / sniper, and a private investigator all on payroll.
His employees tease him behind his back for his lack of any actual skills in finance, which is fair enough. Harold however is adamant his riches are due to fiscal skill...although his net worth has slowly decreased for nearly his entire life. However, being a wealthy person in the United States is actually a very easy occupation due to low tax rate and social halo effect that accompanies the wealthy.
In terms of morals, Harold claims to be a utilitarian, although his actions are often selfish. He places a larger value on his own happiness, but still tries to act morally when he can.
Harold Ford also has a crippling fear of death, and his only goal in life is to live as long as possible, hopefully forever. Not just becoming ageless or physically immortal, Harold wants true immortality, and is willing to do whatever it takes to get it.
