He is 25 years old, lives in New York, in a small, cluttered yet aesthetic apartment, and often appears as eccentric well dressed (in vintage tailored suits) young-man with long hair.

Movement

All-out Sprint: instead of using free Movement or Dash, you may spend your Action and roll Brawn + Athletics ( dice) Difficulty 6. You move (0 + (Outcome x 5) Feet).

Actions

Attack with your weapon or hands.
Evade by rolling to Defend or Dodge. Your Outcome is "spent" to reduce the Outcome of any incoming attacks until your next Action.
Activate a Power or use an Ability as normal.
Hold your Action by declaring an Action and a triggering event. If the event occurs before your turn on the next Round, you perform the Action.

If you have not yet spent your Action this Round, you may use it as a Reaction.

Reactions

Dodge by rolling Dexterity + Athletics ( dice) Difficulty 6. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's.
Defend with your weapon by rolling its attack roll. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's. Availability depends on weapon match-up (tap/hover).
Clash with the attacker using the same roll you would use to Defend. The higher Outcome (not contested) is treated as the result of a successful, undefended attack roll against the loser.

Desperate Defense

If you have already used your Action, you may Exert your Mind to perform a Reaction. Your next Round's Action receives a -2 dice penalty. You cannot Clash as a Desperate Defense or React more than once to a given Action.

Will to Survive

Once per Contract, you may reduce the severity of an incoming Injury up to 5 Severity levels (to a minimum of Severity 5). You also take a point of Mind Damage and suffer a Battle Scar as normal.

If an attack's Outcome is positive after defense, it results in a new Injury with Severity = Outcome + Weapon damage - Armor

Stabilization is the Injury's main treatment, and each Injury can only be successfully Stabilized once

Unstabilized Injuries worsen by 1 Severity level every half hour

Proper Stabilization

Requires an advanced first aid kit for Severity 4 Injuries, a surgery setup for Severity 5 Injuries, and a surgery theater for Severity 6+ Injuries.

Roll Intellect + Medicine, Difficulty equal to Severity

An Outcome of 1 or greater will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
Outcome 4+ puts the Injury on track to heal clean: its Battle Scar heals with it.
On a Botch, the Injury's Severity increases by 1.
Failed or Botched attempts may be re-attempted at +1 Difficulty per failure.

Makeshift Stabilization

Attempt a major treatment using insufficient or improvised medical equipment.

Roll Intellect + Medicine, Difficulty > Severity

Outcome 1+ will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
However, any Outcome less than 4 increases the Injury’s Severity by 1. Botches also worsen its Battle Scar if it caused one.
Regardless of Outcome, any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will persist after it is fully healed.
Failed or Botched attempts may be retried at +1 Difficulty per failure.

Self-stabilization attempts are rolled at +1 Difficulty.

A full restful sleep requires at least 10 hours of sleep. Attempts to wake you up while sleeping, as well as Perception checks you make while you’re sleeping, are at +2 difficulty.

Vengeful An insult to or an attack on your person simply cannot be tolerated. Each time someone wrongs you or disrespects you in a major way, you must succeed a Self-Control roll to resist taking revenge.

Defective Sight You have trouble seeing things accurately. All Perception rolls which involve sight are at +2 Difficulty, and rolls which involve aiming at a target are at +1 Difficulty (this includes ranged combat, as well as called shots in melee combat).

Beautiful You're quite the specimen! Rolls where your good looks could help are at -2 Difficulty, and social interactions should be role-played accordingly.

Biography

Since a young age, Ludwig has been inspired by beauty and moved by his hatred of ugliness. Of course, this idea is skewed by his grandparents, the aristocratic couple "von Degencraft" who raised him, as his parents split up after his birth and decide to not care for the child. His grandparent's instilled in the child values that seem old, nay ancient. A vainess of being of an old lineage, a certain superiorty thanks to his dress and a love for old myths, palaces,temples, cities build when monarchs still had efective power.

Now, even as an adult and after studying at the NYC and getting his degress in art history and classics, this had not changed, living in his solitary yet beautiful desert that is his aparment and throwing darts in the eyes of what he sees as ugly as seeks to reclaim that splendour of old.
