    Circumstances

    Finances: Average
    From Assets and Liabilities
You can live stably off your money. You have access to $2,500 (or equivalent currency) per Contract.
    Missing dog
    Given by RNGrant
In certain neighbor hoods of Las Vegas, your picture is up as a missing dog. In Las Vegas, if people see you, GMs can roll a high low. A success of the GM means that the individual will try and catch you and bring you to a local animal shelter.
    Point of Contact: Gary
    Given by RNGrant
You know your owner likes you. He will call and provide you with online services that someone with a legal Identity could do. Your contact is not brainwashed or supernaturally compelled, and they may refuse to do things which are unreasonable or absurd. You may attempt to call in additional favors beyond the first one, but these are not guaranteed, and over-use of your contact may cause you to lose them, as well as create potential Loose Ends.
    Safe House: Otis's Apartment
    Given by RNGrant
Using money stolen from Supernaturally involved gangsters, you managed to setup Otis with an apartment and accessibility equipment to allow him to use a computer, and live on his own. Not well necessarily. This apartment is a place you can stay. You have a secondary location you can hide out in, with specialized equipment allowing intelligent dogs to use computers (slowly), and fend for themselves some. Otis lives there
Old Contact: Otis the Pug/ Olley the Fence
    Given by RNGrant
You rescued and set up shelter for a former supernatural fence/ money launderer who has turned into a pug. Original name Olley, named Otis by the shelter. Olley is somewhat loyal to Wally. He won't put his life in danger to help him, but otherwise is willing to work with you. He mostly won't lie about anything important. Olley knows some things about Wally's former life as Waldo, and has some knowledge of supernatural connections. You can reach out to those. They don't necessarily think highly of Waldo, and may be hostile.
    Point of Contact: Flights
    Given by RNGrant
You know someone in a specific industry or area of influence, and can lean on them for assistance. Once per Contract, and once per Downtime, you may call in a favor from a smuggler to get you to your location without the problems that come from being a dog. 1500 domestic flights, 5000 for international. Round trip.
    Point of Contact: Witch/Cat
    Given by RNGrant
You know someone in a specific industry or area of influence, and can lean on them for assistance. Once per Contract, and once per Downtime, you may call in a favor from Luna Farrar. The favor will only be informational, and will not be usable until completed the mission discussed with Lunna Your contact is not brainwashed or supernaturally compelled, and they may refuse to do things which are unreasonable or absurd. You may attempt to call in additional favors beyond the first one, but these are not guaranteed, and over-use of your contact may cause you to lose them, as well as create potential Loose Ends.
Unwelcome in Cairo You are wanted by Grigori Raskolnikov, and by extension his people--including the corrupt police force he pays the bills of. To return to Cairo, Egypt would be a death trap. If you return to the city and are recognized, both official and underworld elements will attempt to capture or kill you.

    Conditions

    From Assets and Liabilities
Forgetful Your mind is a sieve, and while you can recall broad strokes, committing anything more detailed to memory is quite difficult. You must roll Mind Difficulty 6 in order to remember any details (locations, names, address, where you left something that you set down, physical descriptions of things, bits of information you were told, etc…) If you fail the roll, you may Exert your mind to remember, but if you botch the roll, you are stuck.
Animal You have the body of an animal. You are not capable of fine object manipulation, using equipment made for humans, or speaking a human language. You have no human legal status. Your form imparts +3 on Awareness checks using hearing or scent. You use your sheet’s stats as normal.
Imbued After accepting your first Invitation to a Contract, you are Imbued, altering you in several ways. After completing a Contract, your learning and conditioning improves rapidly. However, you require the Contracts to advance. You have an indomitable Will to Survive. You may Exert your Mind to improve the Outcome of your Actions. You are highly receptive to therapy and may "cure" one of your Traumas with counseling on a Downtime.
Cat-Eyes Your eyes catch the light in the dark like a cat or dog's, granting low-light vision. You suffer no penalty to rolls in low-light situations. You cannot see in pitch blackness.
Born Runner You are built specifically for running. +5 feet of free Movement, +2 dice to all-out sprint rolls.
    From Maelstrom

    Biography

A medium sized brown and black dog with a wagging tail and a friendly smile. Their red harness reads "WALLY" and "Working Dog: DO NOT PET". Not that he'll mind if you do.

You aren't quite sure if they are a german shepherd, but they are waaaay too big to be a weirdly colored coyote. At least they seem nice enough for a rogue service animal.
