Harvey is a Ex-Military Marine who will risk his life to become the ultimate Time Traveling Deep-state Assassin and free his wife; live out a full life with her and erase his regrets.

He is 24 years old, lives in NYC, NY - Penthouse, and often appears as A handsome young man in a suit - his hair is well oiled and combed to one side.

Harvey lives in Earth Unveiled, a setting where we learned the supernatural's real; but Conspiracy is afoot.

Movement

All-out Sprint: instead of using free Movement or Dash, you may spend your Action and roll Brawn + Athletics ( dice) Difficulty 6. You move (0 + (Outcome x 5) Feet).

Actions

Attack with your weapon or hands.
Evade by rolling to Defend or Dodge. Your Outcome is "spent" to reduce the Outcome of any incoming attacks until your next Action.
Activate a Power or use an Ability as normal.
Hold your Action by declaring an Action and a triggering event. If the event occurs before your turn on the next Round, you perform the Action.

Reactions

Dodge by rolling Dexterity + Athletics ( dice) Difficulty 6. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's.
Defend with your weapon by rolling its attack roll. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's. Availability depends on weapon match-up (tap/hover).
Clash with the attacker using the same roll you would use to Defend. The higher Outcome (not contested) is treated as the result of a successful, undefended attack roll against the loser.

Desperate Defense

If you have already used your Action, you may Exert your Mind to perform a Reaction. Your next Round's Action receives a -2 dice penalty. You cannot Clash as a Desperate Defense.

Will to Survive

Once per Contract, you may reduce the severity of an incoming Injury up to 4 Severity levels (to a minimum of Severity 4). You take a point of Mind damage and suffer a Major Battle Scar that lingers after the Injury is healed, even with proper Stabilization.

If an attack's Outcome is positive after defense, it results in a new Injury with Severity = Outcome + Weapon damage - Armor

Proper Stabilization

Requires an advanced first aid kit for Severity 4 Injuries, a field surgery kit for Severity 5 Injuries, and a surgery theater for Severity 6+ Injuries.

Roll Intellect + Medicine, Difficulty equal to Severity

An Outcome of 1 or greater will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
Outcome 4+ puts the Injury on track to heal clean: its Battle Scar heals with it.
On a Botch, the Injury's Severity increases by 1.
Failed or Botched attempts may be re-attempted at +1 Difficulty per failure.

Makeshift Stabilization

Attempt a major treatment using insufficient or improvised medical equipment.

Roll Intellect + Medicine, Difficulty > Severity

Outcome 1+ will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
However, any Outcome less than 4 increases the Injury’s Severity by 1. Botches also worsen its Battle Scar.
Regardless of Outcome, any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will persist after it is fully healed.
Failed or Botched attempts may be retried at +1 Difficulty per failure.

Self-stabilization attempts are rolled at +1 Difficulty.

Biography

The actual Lee Harvey Oswald who was captured and killed after the assassination of John F. Kennedy who was held in a jail cell for 2 days before being fatally shot. During these two day's, he was interned in a government program as an expendable agent to be sent on contracts to the future with a bomb in his head benefiting the US Government.

Imprisoned: Time-paradox holding cell located in 1963. Fixed to time 2 days prior to execution; they have your wife hostage, and if you do escape, it is already written in the timeline that you have been shot dead. Every 2 days, he is sent on a mission to the future - if he refuses to perform, they will kill his wife in the timeline. If he dies in the future, the paradox is broken and he is trapped forever in lost time.

Character motivations: Free his wife, and verify in the future that she lives a long and happy life. And if anything was possible - live it out with her. Anarchy beliefs, forced to a deep-state agenda via their hostage. Current US government keeps files on him and maintains usage while on missions.

He has a good knowledge of the modern world due to being forced on these missions. He is not normally let outside of government facilities without a strict collar, with an exception made for... CONTRACTS!
