A 2-Victory Newbie Contractor played by loveisdahlia in The Torrent
He is 16 years old, lives in a fancy house in Sapperton, New Westminster, and often appears as a Filipino teenage boy, 4'9, the classic Southeast Asian tan, black hair, and brown eyes. In the daytime, wears normal polo t-shirts and pants and fancy coats in coral shades. Looks very put-together and serious, but sometimes if you squint you can catch flecks of glitter on his eyes and cheeks or weird black clumps on his lashes.

Joseph Rafael Rosario D'Angelo seems like your average 16-year-old Filipino boy. He lives in a fancy home in Sapperton, New Westminster, BC with his grandfather, parents, 18y/o brother Daniel, and 15y/o sister Gabriella. Their father is the head pastor of a big New Westminster church that his grandparents founded in the Philippines. As such, the three children had an incredibly strict Christian upbringing, growing up with the only goal of dedicating their lives to the church and nothing else.
Although he's abnormally short, laughably skinny, and hopeless in physical activities, he makes up for it with his talent and intellect. He is an incredible performer with a beautiful voice and skill in multiple instruments, and he is at the top of all his English and Literature classes. He is rather popular in his high school and in the community for these reasons, and to top it off, he is extremely involved with church as the head worship leader.
However, Joseph doesn't want to have anything to do with the church. He hates the inhumane practices of the church in the name of "upholding the will of the Lord", and despises the constant misinterpretation of the Bible even more. One could say this disdain for the latter stems from a superiority complex where he thinks everyone's just too stupid to read between the lines correctly. At the end of the day, he just wants literacy to be cool again, and longs for a day where these 'righteous' Christians stop warping the words they didn't write just to fit their twisted ideals.
As for a more personal endeavor, Joseph wants to put his performing abilities to use in the form of drag. Or, at least, he wants to try. He'd only recently discovered he was gay and that's still a whole thing he's trying to cope with. But when everything in his life is controlled by his father, or the church, or even his brother, he at least wants his personal space in the late nights to sparkle for himself.
