Nao Kurokawa (直 黒川) is a black market broker who will risk their life to become the ultimate ruler of the underworld and conquer death itself, taking total control of both the living and the deceased to establish their own underworld.

They are "22" years old, live in a dingy, out-of-the-way apartment on the outskirts of Yokohama, Japan, and often appears as an androgynous, eerily beautiful figure with a slim frame, pale complexion, and fringe, dyed hair, wearing padded streetwear and a pull up neck gaiter.
