Biography

Born February 9th 1999, Lavender Zelenko is an aquarius from the tail end of the year of the earth tiger. Neither her mother nor her grandmother ever married, all 3 bearing the surname Zelenko from Lavender's great grandfather. He was born in 1919, the grandson of a very lucky (and very rich) miner who survived the Yukon gold rush, and his wife a former brothel worker during that time. The family has maintained and grown the fortune ever since.

But this is Sage's character sheet, who's Lavender? Obviously that's Sage's given name, which she doesn't go by. Although her ego isn't large, she wears an air of confidence, and believes going by a single name boosts that in the eyes of others. Also, her grandmother warned her against giving out her birth name, especially to fae.

Precocious in childhood, pretentious as an adult, Sage fully intends to live up to the reputation she's crafted for herself. She'll need it to lead people like herself into the light of day. She doesn't know it yet, but one day she's likely to have a crucial and difficult choice. As explained in X-Men comic books, she's working for the same things as Magneto and Charles Xavier, but the choice is which methods to use. Cryptids aren't superheroes after all.
