This armor is projected outward from a smaller object (such as a ring or bracer). It appears as a slight shimmer in the air, with a purple color whenever it reflects damage.
This armor is infused with the idea of protection and the Hippocratic oath. The armor must have an image which resembles a shield, likely wings that look like a shield.
It is made with a ritual that uses

You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You have 6 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack.
You may spend an Action or Reaction and Exert your Mind to double your Armor rating for one Round.
Your Armor cannot be destroyed, and it always provides a minimum of 2 Armor regardless of any Armor penetration. It cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
Your Armor’s rating is increased by 2. If you Attack, Clash, or initiate a Contested roll, your Armor’s rating is decreased by 3 for one minute. This penalty does not stack with itself.
A black rock with the symbol for "kimi" (Mayan symbol for death) heald by the caster deintegrates after the frase is said. From the dust the carcass similar to the living person mentioned apears screaming as their flesh seams to be fall off only leaving a black skeleton behing.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Summon a single Obsidian Skeleton at your location. They will last for two hours, or until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. This Artifact may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
The user's will helps guide the kunai towards its target and returns it to its owner. By shifting their focus the user can also send their will and spirit with the knife to its destination.
This Artifact can be used as a shuriken. It is roughly the same size as a shuriken and just as difficult to conceal.
Attack by rolling Dexterity + Athletics, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +2 Weapon Damage.

The kunai is traced along the object, creating ethereal fracture lines. With a final stab into the object it shatters along the traced lines. The wielder of the kunai can see ethereal echoes of the original object. It's a simple matter of acknowledging the echoes to give them the strength to restore the object to its original form.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Trace the kunai along the target to mark out the intended area, then stab into the center. Select a Non-Sapient Object or piece of an Object or structure within arm's reach no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. Roll Dexterity + Athletics Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
When activating this Effect, you may spend an extra minute and maintain Concentration. If you do, it has no Exertion cost, and you may destroy an object which has up to 3x larger dimensions, or up to 27x larger volume than the normal maximum size.
If you have access to the remains of an object you had previously damaged or destroyed, you may spend an Action to un-destroy it.
The bow streches out about an armspans length and gold and silver flakes fall of the string as its being used.
This Artifact can be used as a bow. It is roughly the same size as a bow but can be collapsed into Golden Bracelet and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
Attack by rolling Dexterity + Athletics, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +0 Weapon Damage. The target's Armor is fully effective against this damage. Attacks do not require a successful called shot to do damage.

Exert your Mind and spend 10 minutes. Select a Object within arm's reach that is no larger than an SUV. Cannot be used on Alien technology. More than half the target object must be present in order to begin repairs. Roll Dexterity + Firearms at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target is repaired back to a functional state. If you fail, you spend the full time working before realizing you cannot repair the target.
Everyone’s seen swords thrown in movies with supposedly pinpoint accuracy. Everyone’s seen weaponized hats that are thrown like a frisbee. Heck, we've seen shields that ricochet and bounce around, defying all sense of realism. But has anybody ever seen somebody throw their kickass shades at somebody, knock em unconscious, then catch ‘em afterwards? Heck, why stop there? Why not have the shades fly back onto the thrower's face?

With the power of movie magic (and some fiddling with object vectors), this item can be thrown at a guy, boomerang style, and bounce between a bunch of goons. Afterwards, they fly right back into the wielder's hand; if they're kickass shades, they fly right back onto the wielder's face as if they were never taken off in the first place. So badass.
Stan typically uses his shades, but if a shield can be flung effectively, why can't anything else? Easier to throw small stuff, though. More believable.

This Artifact cannot be broken. If this Artifact is lost and in no one else’s possession, it finds its way back to its true owner during the next Downtime.
