You may store Drugs in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a ziploc snack bag (1 liter), and you may store up to 15 of them at a time.
A gesture and a word, so simple once known, may put the world at a distance.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around yourself, which absorbs the next Outcome + 4 Damage. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
The barrier will fall after two hours, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is a faint ripple in the air around you. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
She shwisses and swashes a glob of glitter behind her like a speed trail as she gets into an exaggerated animated running sequence
Expend a point of Battery and spend a Free Action. You must use up glitter in order to activate this Effect.
Lasts 1 hour. Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.
If your last Action was used for an all-out sprint or you are already accelerated, you may spend an Action to accelerate without a roll, adding 250 feet/Round (not affected by your speed bonus) to your sprint speed, to a max of an extra 750 feet/Round. As long as you stay at these speeds, you may use this distance per Round as your Free Movement.
Any terrain you traverse while accelerated must be passable by a standard vehicle at similar speeds. Stopping, turning sharply, or decelerating more than 250 feet/Round must be performed as an Action. Failing to decelerate with an Action (whether because of an obstacle, sudden unfavorable terrain, an Injury, or other event) counts as a tumble or catastrophic vehicle collision as per the vehicle rules.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
When you activate this Effect, roll a single D10. if the result is 5 or lower, you receive a Severity-1 Injury and a Minor Battle Scar.
You take a bite out of the concha and feel a sense of euphoric warmth, everything good about life flashes into your head for a split second, you feel you are going to be okay.
Esteban's grandmother would bake conchas similar to these, any concha to him feels like home.
Use up this a green heart shaped concha and spend 15 minutes. Roll 11 dice at Difficulty 8, dice penalties do not apply.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
The leftovers from the lemonade sales are extra sweet, almost sickeningly sweet. The jug has sat there in the sun festering and growing in potency and Rudy is in charge of taking up the leftovers, let's not be wasteful now.

The cans are wrapped with crude crayon drawing of a large home and several children surrounding a large dude.
Use up this A metal vial filled with lemonade and spend 1 minute.

Instead, you remain Incapacitated.

Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -2).
