The stash is a closed treasure chest tattooed on Vel’s chest/ abdomen. They can flip the latch on it by rubbing a finger over it, then stash by placing the item to their tattoo, or reaching into their tattoo to pull items out
Vel can also activate it mentally, causing the chest to move around their body, and quickly become equipped.
This power is an application of vel’a ability to enchant items with effects related to their symbolism applied to ink and a drawing on their own body.
The tattoo must be of a storage device
The ritual involves
- getting the tattoo
- getting a large object that matches the tattoo in appearance
- do a ritual which involves the destruction of the large box
- have around many references to secret stashes, and objects that are bigger inside than out.
Although this is themed as an enchantment, Vel cannot do it to others or multiple times (without a separate gift), it’s just flavor for how they managed to get this power.
Spend a Quick Action.
You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may only stash targets which are in your possession, grappled, or otherwise controlled by you.
You may store Objects in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters), and you may store up to 3 things at a time.
You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Sapient or Creature target within 20 feet. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma. Roll Charisma + Influence Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, your target will take 2 points of Mind Damage and gains two new Traumas of your choice. The Trauma should be general and not specifically mention you. You should not have to be involved to trigger the Trauma.
these Traumas may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Targets that receive a new Trauma are aware that you are interacting with them but they do not view it as an attack or view the resulting Trauma as malicious. If their Trauma is treated, they will be able to see the reality of the situation.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Nightmares and Paranoia.
Cloé doesn’t need to try, she simply is. Some people claw for attention, but for her, it’s effortless. She walks into a room, and eyes turn. She speaks, and people listen. Charisma isn’t something she learned,
it’s something she breathes.
But for all the energy she gives to the world, there’s always the ringing. A constant hum in her ears, a phantom of every bass drop, every night spent drowning in sound. And just like she trusts the beat, she trusts people too quickly, too deeply. It’s a dangerous way to live, but what’s life without a little risk

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend 1 minute. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you briefly burst into flame. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Perception + Medicine at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.

While using this Effect, you may carry one other being without affecting your Encumbrance, so long as you maintain contact with them for the duration and they consent or are grappled.
The doctor is a master at surgical transplantation. As long as they have a donor part, they can replace any permanent, lingering battle scars on their patient.
