Angel hefts up a bat or anything similar and swings it from a ways away. Despite the lack of physical contact, the target is struck across the face and put into a pleasant, smiling daze like Angel’s previous default. They may look around or ask questions like “Why am I here again?”.
Activated Rune: Calm Anger
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. Roll Brawn + Influence at Difficulty 7.

It seems like a regular guitar with the main difference being the playing of notes or sick riffs (depending on how hard Blake hits) when Blake uses it for an attack.

The holographic technology of the crystalline aliens has been incorporated into the Karra Bracelet. When under a Close Protection Contract, Amarjeet is capable of creating a prismatic field of shimmering light protecting her Client.
This technology is not without it's flaws, however - the target of the shield will suffer burns matching the prismatic lotus pattern created by the field. This damage pales to that suffered by would be attackers, however - a feedback mechanism causes a backlash of energies to strike down those who would attempt to pierce the field.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is under a Close Protection Contract. When you Activate this Effect, roll a single d10. If the result is 5 or lower, your target receives a Minor Battle Scar. Roll Perception + Technology at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around your target, which absorbs the next Outcome + 6 Damage. Any Damage absorbed by the barrier is reflected back to the attacker, up to a maximum of the Barrier Strength Parameter’s bonus. Their Armor applies in full. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. This Artifact may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
The wielder of this sword is given a fierce, and demanding look in their eyes. Especially when around aberrations, as its steel sears their flesh, burning away their impurity.

First wielded by an Unarmed Hero who used it to fell a dark army, he used this blade on many great quests. It looks like a phone but when pointed and activated in the right direction, it will manipulate the individual neurons and hormones to influence an individual to do any given required tasks. This was a partially failed attempt at mind control and mind reading. However, in saying that it was still a massive step forward in this advancement as the technology can be built into a handheld device and is useful is many scenarios.
Exert your Mind and spend at least one Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. Your target may be actively engaged in Combat. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Technology at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to their best understanding of the letter and spirit of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action and a conditional request. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.

The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
If the Selkie's seal skin is worn close to the body, any contact with salt water will cause them to transform into a seal. While transformed, they have full access to their normal suite of Powers.

Only you may open and close the container. Others can still destroy it to get at the contents
