CryptoLeak: Silence is Broken
CryptoLeak is a video streaming platform with a singular goal: to allow users to upload and share video content, no matter what. Videos uploaded to cryptoleak cannot be removed, doctored, or censored.
Despite a near-universal condemnation by world leaders, most people greatly appreciate CryptoLeak. It's the go-to platform for posting illuminations, whistleblowing evidence, and data leaks.
CryptoLeak is a mundane technlogical entity that cannot be controlled or destroyed. It has no backing business or organization. It utilizes a distributed architecture that allows it to host content across the entire world, sharding and mirroring its petabytes of data accross millions of personal devices. Content uploaded to CryptoLeak is immutable and cannot be doctored or redacted by any known means.
For once, technology has put the power in the hands of the little guys.
World governments and other powerful organizations can still censor or restrict access to CryptoLeak within their domains, and they sometimes utilize the platform for misinformation and psy-ops campaigns. However, for most people, CryptoLeak represents the freedom to speak and be heard.
Of course, simply uploading a video does not gaurentee it will be seen or gain traction, nor does it protect you from any consequences that may come along with pulling back the veil. . .

Staff master
With precisely timed blows, your opponent crumbles under the weight of your superior skill, falling unconscious at your feet.
Pablo has always trained with weapons and now has learned to use the power of his tainted spirit to enhance his blows and affect the life force of his opponent. When he strikes a mortal blow he can channel the energy into them to cause an overload of their sensor input, knocking them out instead of causing further injury.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with Non-edged weapons.
+2 dice to all rolls with Non-edged weapons. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using Non-edged weapons.
You also gain the following effects:
- Finesse: You may limit the Severity of any Injury you inflict or determine a maximum Wound Level to inflict on the target, including Incapacitated. You may also choose to make this Injury properly or improperly stabilized, or to keep it unstabilized. If you would successfully incapacitate a target, you may opt to knock them out for one hour instead of having them suffer an Injury.
Cleaver Work
Fred's time working with cleavers has led him to an extreme mastery of the ways in which to use them to rend and tear flesh from the bone. All of the times that he has brought the cleaver up and then down again in order to bring about great cuts of meat have allowed him supernatural mastery of the blade.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with Cleavers.
+2 dice to all rolls with Cleavers. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using Cleavers.
You also gain the following effects:
- Dismember: If one of your attacks causes a Battle Scar, you may choose for it to be some form of dismemberment, depending on the Severity of the Injury you caused.
- Quick Draw: You may draw and equip yourself with any melee weapon on your person or within arm’s reach as a Free Action, as long as it is not being wielded by someone else.
- Riposte: If you successfully Defend against an attack within range of your melee weapon, you deal Damage equal to your excess Outcome plus Weapon Damage back to your attacker.
- Sheathing the Sword: When you would Clash with an opponent, before the dice are rolled, you may opt to have both sides deal full damage. If you do, your attack roll is at -2 Difficulty.
- Two Swords are better than One: If you are wielding more than one melee weapon, you may Attack with all using the highest Weapon Damage, plus 1 for each additional weapon. If you reserve a weapon, any Clash or Defend roll you make is -1 Difficulty, and mob penalties are ignored. Maximum +5 Damage from bonus weapons.
Knight Swordmanship
All that sparring really payed off
With years of being a knight in the royal court of Arthur, he has fought alongside him and been in his own battles. With it he has learned years of practice but doing so placed a heavy doubt on the peasants who are not to trust anymore and calculated practice with the weaponry that had at the time.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with Medieval Weaponry.
Your attacks with Medieval Weaponry deal +3 Bonus Damage. Armor is fully effective against this damage.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Talk in Shakespearen Dialect and words, along with not trusting those who are not knights, to trust them roll a Mind diff 8.
You also gain the following effects:
- Bullet Parry: You may React to and Defend against firearms and other projectiles with Medieval Weaponry.
- Dismember: If one of your attacks causes a Battle Scar, you may choose for it to be some form of dismemberment, depending on the Severity of the Injury you caused.
- Reminder: Bonus Damage stacks with Weapon Damage, but does not stack with any other Bonus Damage. Instead, the highest Bonus Damage is used.
Master of a Hundred Blades

Handling a blade takes years of practice, handling every blade though? A life of dedication and devotion to the craft and lots of scars.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with melee weapons.
+2 dice to all rolls with melee weapons. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using melee weapons.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Disfigured.
You also gain the following effects:
- Quick Draw: You may draw and equip yourself with any melee weapon on your person or within arm’s reach as a Free Action, as long as it is not being wielded by someone else.
- Two Swords are better than One: If you are wielding more than one melee weapon, you may Attack with all using the highest Weapon Damage, plus 1 for each additional weapon. If you reserve a weapon, any Clash or Defend roll you make is -1 Difficulty, and mob penalties are ingored.
Tempest Blades
Dance like a whirlwind, a tempest of steel
Hyaku is a quick learner. While it takes most years to master the way of the air bender’s blades, she could get a grasp on the basics with a couple simple combat encounters. Now she can slash and push as the wind does, with multiple heavy blades to back it up.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with greatswords.
+2 dice to all rolls with greatswords. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using greatswords.
You also gain the following effects:
- Heavy Strikes: If you are attacking with a blunt weapon, if your attack causes an Injury you may choose to knock the target down and back 15 feet. Standing up is typically a Quick Action.
- Two Swords are better than One: If you are wielding two melee weapons, your Weapon Damage is increased by 1, and you receive +2 dice to any Clash. If you split your Outcome to attack two targets, any target you successfully hit takes the full Weapon Damage and full Bonus Damage.
- Reminder: Bonus Damage stacks with Weapon Damage, but does not stack with any other Bonus Damage. Instead, the highest Bonus Damage is used.

The ninja is a master of a wide variety of martial weapons. They kill quickly and quietly.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with melee ninja weapons.
+2 dice to all rolls with melee ninja weapons. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using melee ninja weapons.
You also gain the following effects:
- Assassin: If your attack Injures your target, they cannot make a sound, even incidentally, for a single Round. Even the sound of their body and equipment dropping to the ground is silenced.
- Falling Crane Strike: If you move and then make a successful attack against a target closer than the full distance you could have moved, you may choose to travel the excess movement in a straight line beyond the target.
