You learn all the following information about your target:
The quality and specificity of information gained depends on your Outcome.

Throughout the span of a minute, Bryan can fold paper along his form and continually crease it until it folds into himself, granting him the ability to transform into a silhouette of paper sheets. While Bryan retains the general shape and structure of his body while transformed, his form becomes visually constructed from a multitude of paper sheets.
With Bryan reaching new levels of power, he has not only begun to develop through his mind and skills, but body as well. As such, he's now starting to gain abilities that can change his physiology. Basically looks like that one girl in the Akatsuki from Naruto (Konan).
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. You must use up folding paper in order to activate this Effect.
You transform into a silhouette of paper sheets for the next day. You may end the effect early and return to your normal form at will. Your structure must remain relatively contiguous. Observers will view you as an unusual entity moving with a singular purpose.
While in this form, you can squeeze through any gap that is not water-tight.

Whenever your left shoulder takes a major blow or is otherwise put under stress the GM may dislocate it. A dislocated limb cannot be used until you Exert your Mind and spend an Action to reset it.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
Grace covers her eyes and counts to five, slowly fading out of existence as she does so until completely gone. While she counts, Obedience is looking for hiding spots, though this has become less obvious over time as the loss of Grace's eye locked that area from moving independently.
Grace knows the importance of staying hidden. Being able to wriggle into small spaces already is helpful, but being able to slip past people in broad daylight is required for swiping necessities. This power is most often used for sneaking into the cargo holds of planes to travel long distances.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Grace covers her eyes and counts to five. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. This Effect does not end early when you activate an obvious Effect, attack, or receive an Injury.

Select one of the following alterations to create out of Ice originating at the target:
The alteration begins to form when you activate this Effect and finishes forming on your initiative in the next Round. Until it finishes forming, it is not guaranteed to function.
This alteration lasts one minute but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 3 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.
I lock eyes with the one I have chosen to punish and if they fail the roll they will go into a trance for a second and go back to normal like nothing happened. The name of my target will appear on whatever piece of paper I am holding in an unknown language
If you fail the resist roll you will fall into a dream where you are constantly in stressfull or dangerous situations while a voice keeps telling you to hurt yourself. (Severity 1 Injury) as a Trauma. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. If their Trauma is treated, they will be able to see the reality of the situation.
Most severe injuries occur far from a facility that could treat them, and in the fetid muck of the battlefield even minor wounds may be a death sentence. Luckily the soldier is well-trained in the use of their standard-issue medical kit. They may stabilize even the most severe injuries with a little gauze and some no-anesthetic stitching. Furthermore, the treated wounds of their comrades never get infected.
You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using a standard issue military medical kit to gain the benefits of this Effect.
All Stabilizations you attempt are considered Proper Stabilizations.
You also gain the following effects:

After a couple hours of work, the roadie will retire to smoke and get some sleep.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Summon a single roadie at your location. They will last for two hours, or until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: A disfigured face with bat-like ears.
The Necromancer temporarily assumes the form of their own corpse, complete with maggots, spilled entrails, and exposed bone. They cannot move while transformed, but their empty eye sockets see as well as ever.
