(When activating this Effect, it is obvious that you are creating a minion in some way. )

When the figurine is held and the chant is said the warrior appears in a flash of light

Use up this Figurine and spend at least two Actions performing the following ritual: Holding the figurine close to your face while saying the phrase "I summon you to my aid" to activate. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

Summon a single warrior at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.

Minions have 4 Body and can make melee range attacks with 5 dice to attack and +1 Damage. Your minions can move 20 feet per Round as Free Movement, and double that when performing an all-out Sprint. They cannot dodge or Defend. They have dog-level intelligence, but are capable of communicating information back to you. Any Perception checks they make are rolled with 3 dice.

After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

  • This consumable is destroyed when used and cannot be used again.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.

You automatically detect all interface-able objects within 300 feet of you for the next ten minutes. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. You get details of what each detected item is, as if you've glanced at each object.

Exert your Mind (unless you spend 10 minutes casting) and spend an Action or Reaction. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.

You phase out of reality for up to 1 hour. During this time, you cannot affect the outside world (other than non-combat Actions using your hands, at +2 Difficulty) or take any Actions. You may move as normal while phased out. You may pass through walls and "climb" up and down through solid material at normal climbing speeds. Nothing can interact with you in any way.

When you activate this Effect, you may limit its duration to a period of your choosing. If you are able, you may also end it as a Free Action on your initiative.

You leave a blurry, glitch-like time duplicate at your location.

Possession of this Artifact causes the following Battle Scar to manifest over the course of a day: Clock Hand: The forces of time take a significant toll on that which the watch is attached to. Called shots against your watch hand do +2 damage and Clock Arm: The watch continues to drain the vitality of which it is attached to. Whenever your left shoulder takes a major blow or is otherwise put under stress the GM may dislocate it. A dislocated limb cannot be used until you Exert your Mind and spend an Action to reset it.. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Battle Scar heals over the course of the next day.

Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Past Lives: The memories and experiences of previous timekeepers are muddled with your own. Any time you are asked about yourself, or are offering information about yourself, you must succeed a Self-Control roll in order to tell the truth. On a failure, you instead answer as if you were a separate person, and genuinely believe yourself to be telling the truth (The GM may determine this). If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.

  • If you phase in while intersecting with solid material, you take a severe, potentially-lethal Injury.
  • Any items and equipment on your person become intangible along with you. You cannot interact with them, as they are intangible.
  • Effects that do not require a physical target may still affect you.
  • If you use this Effect to dodge as a Reaction, it succeeds without the need for a roll. Cannot be used as a Desperate Defense.
  • You may use your Free Movement on the Round you phase back in, but you cannot take an Action.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless You much have a set location in mind, and can not change that location without ending the effect.

You automatically detect all Portals to chosen destination and Roads to chosen destination within 10 miles of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. You do not learn any details about the detected items.

Even if there are no Portals to chosen destination or Roads to chosen destination within 10 miles of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

The means by which any Portals to chosen destination and Roads to chosen destination are hidden or disguised is made clear to you, as well as how to access them if they are secured. This includes objects secured via the Stash Effect.

  • This includes any objects that come into range during activation.

The Gallery, from the inside, manifests as... well, a gallery. It is a rectangular room- like a long hall museum exhibit with a tall domed ceiling that hangs some well crafted chandeliers purely for decoration. The walls are simple- a base sky amber with white diagonal lines. The floor is a classic tarrazzo flooring system with an off-white color that resembles polished stone.

Items that are stashed within The Gallery are stored as exhibits. Most of them appear as snapshots in time on paintings or murals, taken when they are first stashed. But for more sapient targets that can not easily be contained in pictures, they are put inside of a 15 foot by 15 foot by 15 foot indestructible display case.

And at the very far end of the room, Umbra is imprisoned within her own display case, brooding and generally being rude. Luci is always keeping tabs on her and preventing her from exercising her own will, but sometimes, that isn't easy.

Spend a Quick Action.

You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may only stash targets which are in your possession, grappled, or otherwise controlled by you.

You may store any targets in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside an SUV (4,000 liters), and you may store up to 7 things at a time.

You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.

Time is effectively frozen inside your stash. Anything Sapient inside can still move and may still experience their own localized, subjective passage of time.

Animate targets may Resist being stashed. You must Exert your Mind to stash Sapient targets.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Whenever Luci has below a -2 stress penalty, she loses a bit of fortitude and Umbra will be able to speak her mind freely from Luci's shadow. She will tend to make threats, taunt enemies, reveal sensitive information openly, and generally be an annoyance to those around her for the purpose of distracting them. Can interrupt certain power casts of those around.

  • "Equip" refers to drawing a gun, putting on a piece of armor, etc.
  • Containers which hold multiple things may count as a single item so long as the things within are generally packaged together. For instance, you may stash a clip full of bullets, a medical kit full of medical supplies, or a box of crackers, but you cannot stash a backpack full of miscellaneous equipment.
  • You may only attempt to store Objects which are free-standing and disconnected from other things. The use of this Effect will not allow you to sever any connections holding an Object in place.
  • The Maximum Object Size parameter is intended to roughly capture the weight / size restriction of items and isn’t intended to restrict shape. GM discretion is advised. A human being is level 4 in the Maximum Object Size parameter.

The item is then deposited into a room in Ware's lab which was pulled into an extra-dimensional space during her testing - the chip in her mind still connects to it and is her only way to specify relative dimensions and locations of items for transporting. She is unable to access the actual room herself, but due to the chip has access to its software for further upgrades. The process of using the chip in this manner can sometimes cause mental trauma due to not being rated for that much power.

Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. You must actively and obviously use a top hat to activate this Effect.

Roll Perception + Occult to fabricate your chosen Object. The Difficulty is assigned by the GM and depends on the specificity of your chosen Object. The created item lasts 2 hours.

  • The Difficulty for the fabrication roll increases based on specificity. Something like a "shirt" would be Difficulty 5, whereas "Police uniform" would be Difficulty 9. The Outcome determines overall quality and how well the item fits the request.
  • You can fabricate a container of something so long as it contains a single type of thing (such as a tank of water) or it is designed to be packaged together (such as a first aid kit).

Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. You must actively and obviously use a piece of clothing you wouldn't normally wear to activate this Effect.

The new appearance may have a different sex, age, and race to your own, and you may alter height by up to a foot and your weight by 50%. Your disguise cannot directly mimic an existing person. You may change the appearance of your outfit. A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.

This Effect ends if you take an Injury or are stunned or incapacitated.

While disguised, you cannot use any Activated or Targeted Powers.

  • While you may alter your outfit's appearance, this does not grant or store equipment.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

You transform into a brown bear for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.

While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Direct, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.

Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Intolerance for society. When you are in a situation with strict social protocols (like a trial or a formal dinner) roll Self-Control not to enter a flight or fight response.
