The bagman's power infused with Caroline's knife caused the blade to emit smoke when penetrating flesh and to cause a sort of paralysis that 'pins' the target.
This Artifact can be used as a knife. It is roughly the same size as a knife and just as difficult to conceal.
Attack by rolling (Dexterity or Brawn) + (Melee or Brawl), Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +3 Weapon Damage.
You also gain the following effects:
Solartag Gliders are a pair of skates uniquely blessed by the power of solar graffiti, granting them the extraordinary ability to accomplish the impossible through the energy of a star. These enchanted skates leave behind a mesmerizing graffiti tag whenever they interact with various surfaces, allowing the user to skate on their art, scale walls, and adhere to any surface with style and flair. The user grows closer to the ideals of apollo and is blessed (or Cursed) with his wings.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations.
Possession of this Artifact causes the following Battle Scar to manifest over the course of a day: Angel wings on the back of his ankle. If you lose possession of this Artifact, the Battle Scar heals over the course of the next month.
The mud tome rises to his side and begins to thrust mud above itself in a small orb.
The orb starts to shape and contort, revealing images in its shape.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Investigate an area with a radius of up to 1 mile At the end of your investigation, roll Intellect + Alertness at Difficulty 6.
You learn the following information about the area:
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
You cannot investigate the same area more than once per day.
The user of these adorably decorated, oversized blue boxing gloves can use them to punch with the speed and power of a bullet, just like the marvelous mantis shrimp they were modeled after. These bone crunching, fast punches seem to be propelled more by the gloves than the user. When the user squeezes the triggers within them, the gloves’ momentum carries them forward with the speed of their brutal punches.
Using an ingenious magic rune engraved ceramic spring system modeled off of the bio ceramic mantis shrimps use for their punches, these gloves propel themselves forward with the speed of bullets. These blows are so powerful they have the ability to dent metal armor.
This Artifact can be used as a Club/Improvised Weapon. It is roughly at least twice as large as a Club/Improvised Weapon and cannot be concealed on your person or disassembled for storage.
Attack by rolling Brawn + Melee, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal 0 Weapon Damage +3 Bonus Damage. The target's fully effective
You also gain the following effects:
You give the patient an 'examination', which mostly consists of making thinly-veiled innuendos and telling them that they're fine, actually. A *biiig, strong* contractor like them wouldn't let a little gunshot wound to the abdomen slow them down, would they?
There's also some magical particle effects. Hearts and sparkles and stuff. You get it.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain. Your patient is required to not accept medical treatments or diagnoses from any sources but you for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
Grace brings Sally out from her designated satchel and sets her in front of the dead body (or token for it). Grace’s eyes flashing red, then Sally’s, then the targets- like a chain- means the connection is successful.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action to activate. Select a Dead target of which you have a Fetter that was important to them.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
The spy can do up their passport to appear as any valid form of identification.
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a passport but can be collapsed into a wallet and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
Spend a Quick Action to activate. This Artifact changes its appearance into a chosen Object. This lasts until you decide to end the Effect, which may be done as a Free Action.
The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
When used as identification and scanned, the scanner will act appropriately and bring up appropriate generic information. Further searches for the identity in the computer will turn up no results. This will not open security doors on its own.
Dazzle Glasses are advanced "black-tech" espionage gear. They can be styled as any sort sunglasses. When the wearer is recorded, they will quickly flash a non-visible laser into the recording device, destroying it after only a moment of footage is taken.
This Effect activates whenever you are recorded. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Non-Sapient Object within 20 feet no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. Roll Perception + Culture Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
The Skeleton Key slips easily into any keyhole and turns without a fuss.

The mad scientist may pilot the ship alone or rely on its autopilot features for ultimate convenience.
This Artifact can be used as a blimp. It is roughly the same size as a blimp but can be collapsed into a phone-sized canvas cube and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

Companions gawk at the sheer size and quantity of the equipment the survivalist stores in the Bug-out Bag, but when they open it, they find only a standard set of survival gear. Only when the survivalist opens it is its true capacity revealed.
This Artifact holds 5 times what it normally could inside of it. Objects stored inside are weightless.
Living things can be stored in this Artifact. They will have access to anything else inside and may attempt to break free, damaging or destroying the Artifact in the process.
If this Artifact is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
When scanned or investigated without opening, the contents of this container appear normal and unremarkable.
If anyone other than you opens the container, it appears empty. Others can still destroy it to get at the contents.
