Ains has always been good at pulling strings, most of it coming from his father and mother, he's become a social pro, talking his way through friend or foe.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
- Anime: You may have a 30 second conversation with another character on your initiative each Round in Combat, and using any Communication Effect takes a Free Action instead of a full Action.
- Poker Face: You reveal only what you want to reveal. It is impossible to determine whether or not you are lying. You may roll Charisma + Performance to resist any investigative Effect that targets you. If you successfully resist, you determine the info they get.
- In rare cases, GMs may require you to make a roll to lie to particularly powerful beings.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

You also gain the following effects:
- Me, an Empath: You have an intuitive understanding of the emotional state of any Animate being within 30 feet. Once per person per day you may roll Charisma + Influence to learn what things they respect or disrespect in others.
- On its own, your empath abilities do not allow you to detect lies.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
Clown - Bodily Control
A Clown has near complete control over their bodily functions and facial expressions.
Their face will only show the expressions they wish to show, with the only situations such as extreme shock or pain causing them to show their true feelings, making them the nemesis of Spectators. This also applies to their limbs and other body parts.
The 3 stress includes tough and focused, meaning you would need 5 stress to be affected if you had them.
You gain the following benefits as long as Only while you are affected by 3 or less stress in total.

Beauteous Visage
Her eyes glimmer and glow as her face, like a veil of obscurity, hides her true intentions. Yet those same eyes... Those piercing red eyes seemed to read others deeply, and that soft voice, one that none can ignore... How strange, indeed... Though her temperament is... worse?
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Glimmering Red eyes.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Vengeful.
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Hey, Listen!: You cannot be ignored or unheard when directly addressing an entity.
- Me, an Empath: You have an intuitive understanding of the emotional state of any Animate being within 30 feet. Once per person per day you may roll Charisma + Influence to learn what things they respect or disrespect in others.
- Poker Face: You reveal only what you want to reveal. It is impossible to determine whether or not you are lying. You may roll Charisma + Performance to resist any investigative Effect that targets you. If you successfully resist, you determine the info they get.
- The Price Of Fame: Any sightings or recordings of your activity can easily be traced back to you. Even when disguised or using an alias, people always get a Perception check to recognize you.
- On its own, your empath abilities do not allow you to detect lies.
- In rare cases, GMs may require you to make a roll to lie to particularly powerful beings.
- If your Glimmering Red eyes is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
Master's Form
"Nobody can resist their Master's wishes..."
Chad's hair always seems to be flowing in the wind, even when there isn't any. He's dazzling constantly, like a knight in shining armor or a hero that saved you from a burning building. Regardless of how you view him, when he asks you to call him Master, you feel compelled to-- like it's the right thing to say. Disciplining your mind is the only way to stop feeling that way.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
- Call me Senpai: You may ask to be called by a specific title. Sapient beings will use this title when addressing you, unless they Exert their Mind to resist for the day. You may use an Influence Effect on anyone who uses your title without Exerting your Mind. One free activation per individual per day.
- The Price Of Fame: If you are spotted and recognized in public, you will quickly be mobbed by fans, and any attempts to hide or disguise yourself are at +3 difficulty.

The influencer is welcome at any event or social gathering, but they're easy to recognize, even when they'd rather not be.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
- Party Animal: You are welcome at, and will be granted entrance to, any social gathering or party, at least as an observer.
- The Price Of Fame: Any sightings or recordings of your activity can easily be traced back to you. Even when disguised or using an alias, people always get a Perception check to recognize you.
- A "social gathering" might include a birthday party, after-work drinks, a ski trip, or yoga in the park, among other things. It likely would not include a cult gathering to summon a demon, Congressional negotiations over a contentious bill, etc.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
