Gustav's mouth transforms dramatically, his teeth elongating and sharpening into a set of distinct points. As this happens, an eerie voice, akin to something from the depths of hell, starts speaking in an unsettling, twisted language.
The words conjure up horrifying visions of decaying bodies, writhing masses of grotesque flesh, and nightmarish deformities. What's particularly disturbing is that Gustav, too, is subjected to these gruesome visions, forced to endure the same flesh-related horrors he inflicts upon his target.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. Roll INT + OCC at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8 with a -3 dice penalty. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain Fear of Meat as a Trauma. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Demonic body horror.

Your target rises as an Animate being. The raised creature is totally mindless, with no memory of its past life or hint of its old personality. They cannot communicate. They will follow any command you speak.
The creature lasts for one hour or until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion.
Raised creatures have all their Abilities set to 0. Their Charisma and Intellect are set to 1, but their Dexterity, Brawn and Perception are the same as they had in life. A raised creature cannot use any Effects.

After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.

Taking the appearance of a delicately prepared meal, it clear to see that it is finesse on a plate. Yet to those who can see more than just it's physical appearance they will know it is imbued with all the secrets of cuisine that a master of the craft can put into play, but with something a little.. extra. A gift from Louis's first serious critic who taught him the secrets to truly great food meant using ingredients beyond the pale. The meals that Louis prepares though incredibly delicious can only truly be appreciated by the hungry, and when there is a void to fill the magic of the meal seeks to satiate in ways that defy logic. Abscessed gums, cavities in teeth, and even broken bones find themselves restored to perfect working order after enjoying this full course.
Use up this Three course meal and spend 1 minute to activate. Select a Living target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless You have not eaten in the past 8 hours.. Roll 7 dice Difficulty 6, penalty does not apply.

This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Once the werewolf tastes the blood of their prey, there's no escape. Those injured by the beast's claws and teeth are marked with its saliva. Their wounds smell strongly of blood, and it's only a matter of time before the werewolf returns with a vengeance to finish the kill.

You may opt to trade your free movement for a Super Leap if you are jumping less than 50 feet or if you are closing a gap to an opponent and spend your Action on an attack.
The Toon performs some sort of cartoonish act of violence. This may be handing someone a bomb, hitting someone with a cartoon mallet, burping a burp that is so noxious it melts flesh, or anything else as long as it is cartoonish.
The attack is more of a throwaway gag than a plot element, so any props or properties of the attack are incidental and disappear immediately. Animated mallets evaporate in a puff of smoke, fire does not spread, and electricity cannot power devices.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 45 feet. Roll Charisma + Performance Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. Armor is fully effective against this damage.

The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
