Telepathic Chatter “No one can tell, when two people walk closely together, what unconscious communication one mind may have with another.”- Robert Barr
The Psychic can speak directly into someone's mind, engaging in an entirely telepathic conversation with the target's inner monologue. While they do, they take on a blank, vacant stare in the direction of their target, and appear to be muttering gibberish to themselves under their breath.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 150 feet of you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location.
You open up a line of conversation to your target, and may continue speaking with them without any additional Exertion cost for as long as you maintain Concentration
The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
- Receiving a message does not force a target to pay attention to you, and they can feel free to ignore your message if they choose. Depending on the flavor of your Gift, they may or may not be able to return to it and read it later on.
- Generally you cannot communicate with Contractors who are not in a Contract with you.

Sooner or later, all Contractors receive an invitation to join Offr Red, the secret membership tier. Offr Red members gain access to exclusive high-confidence, anonymous services. They can sell extraordinary items to Offr or put them up for auction for other Offr Red members to bid on. Crafty Contractors rejoice!
On rare occasions, Offr can even make deals to tie up pesky Loose Ends. However, they always demand a special favor in return.

This pigeon can talk?
Pigeon pecks the head of the person it is communicating with and opens up a channel that allows his aethelectric neurotransmitters to pass through the skin above the target's head, allowing the neurotransmitters to interact with the target's postsynaptic neurons before also receiving neurotransmitters from the target's presynaptic neurons and returning to the pigeon; This enables a two-way communication channel.
Did you know there's magnetite on a pigeon's beak for magnetoreception, such that pigeons can navigate the earth using the planet's magnetic fields? This magnetite is enhanced through the awakened aethelectric bloodline and is part of the reason why this Gift enhances electrical attributes. It through the contact of the enhanced magnetite with the flesh above the target's brain that allows aethelectric neurotransmitters to pass through. Aethelectric neurotransmitters are essentially enhanced neurotransmitters capable of bypassing low-conductivity matter and also interaction with other neurotransmitters. They can receive simple commands such as going to the target's postsynaptic neurons to deliver a message, then to the presynaptic neurons to receive a message, then returning. The pigeon can instinctively know from their bloodline how to send these commands. It's like controlling a limb.
This Gift consumes calories for basic function, but will need supernatural energies to assist in higher capabilities.
This Gift has the potential to enable aethelectric neurotransmitters to travel through the air using the wind properties of the awakened bloodline.

Big B takes out a USD and places it into his palm, as he focuses it comes to life folding its self in half. he speaks into it and places it into his pocket, where the recipient will notice the flapping money in there own pocket or surrounding area. the Benjamin will then communicate while flapping its wings like a bird through the picture of Benjamin, the recipient can choice to do the same.

You must actively and obviously use Benjamin to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.

Horatio slips into existence for a second around Grace, carefully holding a piece of notebook paper in his teeth. Disappearing again and bounding through the aether, he brings the message to the target and appears beside them as well before entering their mindscape to deliver. The target gets a mental image of Horatio presenting the note with a cat’s mix of pride and disinterest.
The development of Grace’s mindscape built a home for Horatio. He’s used to making his way in and out of it- ghosts are in some ways merely memories, after all, so where else would he stay?

This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is your left hand making a fist. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
