After a brief conversation, Chip's able to become best of friends with anyone-for a while. He can adapt his personal 'persona' and play off of the behaviors and subconscious tells of the target, by the end of the conversation, they'd do anything for each other.
Chip doesn't 'play roles', he lives them, lacking any true sense of self. Most likely, it's DID or something similiar.
Spend one minute to activate. Select a number of Living targets equal to your Charisma within arm's reach. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, for the next three hours, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by Loyal Friendship. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way. Your own emotions are also shifted in the same way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
Both attacking someone and being attacked will end the Effect.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is A Conversation with the target(s), with a sudden serious attitude. Will mention that they're buddies now, or something similiar.. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
This Gift's level is capped at 2 Gifts and cannot be increased further.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
Athena establishes a single wounded target and points. With a curl of the knuckle, she can force any physical injury to the body to suddenly worsen. A mere cut with a steak knife can become a giant gash. A bullet wound from a 9mm can become as big as an autocannon round. To GM discretion, it can even target battle scars and reopen them.
Spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 300 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless This power only works against targets that are already wounded or have bad enough battle scars. GM Discretion.. Roll Intellect + Medicine Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling Body, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much damage plus 1. Armor is fully effective against this damage.
The target suffers a -3 dice penalty for the next hour or until the Injury is healed. This dice penalty does not stack multiple times on the same target.
This Gift's level is capped at 2 Gifts and cannot be increased further.

Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend at least one Action. Select a number of Sapient targets equal to your Charisma within 20 feet. Your target may be actively engaged in Combat. Communicate a command to your targets. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your targets will be compelled to follow your command to their best understanding of the letter and spirit of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
They will be unaware that they are under any sort of compulsion until the effect wears off, but they will appear obviously mind-controlled the entire time to anyone observing them. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. Commands may force a target to violate one of their Limits, and they will need to make a Trauma roll once the suggestion wears off.
