Command Blood: Reservoir "Can't let this go to waste," Lilith says as she puts a hand on the body of a dead foe. In an instant, the corpse is turned into shriveled, bony husk as its blood is absorbed into Lilith's wrists.

1
The power to store things in a hidden stash.

With little more than a tap, Lilith is able to extract all the blood from a body within barely a second. A body shriveled in this way is likely difficult to identify, though its bones (especially teeth) will still be intact.

While the blood appears to be siphoned into Lilith's cursed wounds underneath her heavy medical bandages, it does not directly come into contact with her bloodstream. She can easily conjure stored blood from her wounds, willing it out in all manners of shapes and streams. With a flourish of her hands, she's able to use this newly summoned blood to fuel some of her more powerful abilities.

You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may store Harvested Blood and Organs in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters), and you may store up to 3 things at a time.

  • Containers which hold multiple things may count as a single item so long as the things within are generally packaged together. For instance, you may stash a clip full of bullets, a medical kit full of medical supplies, or a box of crackers, but you cannot stash a backpack full of miscellaneous equipment.
  • You may only attempt to store Objects which are free-standing and disconnected from other things. The use of this Effect will not allow you to sever any connections holding an Object in place.
  • The Maximum Object Size parameter is intended to roughly capture the weight / size restriction of items and isn’t intended to restrict shape. GM discretion is advised. A human being is level 4 in the Maximum Object Size parameter.

Community Activated Gifts

Exert your Mind (unless you are transformed into the Phoenix) and spend an Action. Roll a single d10, Difficulty 4. If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour. This Effect remains active for two hours.

As long as you are conscious, you are immune to falling Damage. Additionally, you may glide as you fall, traveling 35 feet horizontally for every 10 feet you fall. While gliding, you fall at a minimum speed of 10 feet per Round.

You may ascend into the air and fly using your flaming wings. You require 10 feet of clear space on all sides to fly. You may add 50 feet to Movement you take while flying. If you take more than a Severity 4 Injury to your flaming wings via a called shot or Battle Scar, you can only glide until they are healed.

You are subject to the following effects while gliding or flying:

  • Dive Bomb: When falling, you may rapidly accelerate beyond terminal velocity, moving 2000 feet per round, so long as you fall straight down, allowing you to easily catch other falling targets.
  • Ethereal Wings: Your flaming wings can no longer be damaged, destroyed, or receive Battle Scars.
  • Earthbound: You cannot fly or glide in an atmosphere thin enough to be unbreathable.
  • Weight-Limited: This Effect is suppressed any time you are over-encumbered.

You may only use this Effect once per day.

  • If this Effect fails due to the Unreliable check, you must still pay any associated activation costs.
  • Any penalties to dice or movement, including from Encumbrance, are applied as normal. If your movement is reduced to 0 due to encumbrance, you will begin to sink down to the ground.
  • You may activate this Effect while in midair, allowing you to slow and survive any free fall.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless hidden from a direct light source.

You and any clothes or equipment you are wearing are partially obscured from sight for the next 10 minutes. All attempts to detect you using sight are rolled at a -3 dice penalty, and all attempts to detect you where sight would assist are rolled at -1 penalty.

Entering Combat or being Injured will end the Effect. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for 1 minute.

  • GMs should use their discretion when determining the exact impacts of this Effect, particularly in conjunction with environmental factors. Standing still against a complex background may render you impossible to detect, and footprints in snow may make it easy. A chance to detect you is not guaranteed.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action.

You automatically detect the closest of any Living Target within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense their direction and distance.

Any Living Target detected while the effect is active are “marked”. You will continue to detect them until the effect ends, no matter how far away they move. You will also continue to detect them after the effect ends, so long as they remain within 300 feet of you.

  • Any targets that are marked satisfy the line of sight requirement for targeted Effects.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.

You become intangible for the next 1 minute. Once you revert to your solid form, you cannot use this Power again for 1 hour.

While intangible, you take no damage from physical attacks, and many Effects will be unable to interact with you. You cannot use any of your own Gifts. You cannot touch or interact with things in the physical world.

You may “drop” any intangible items which are on your person. They become tangible again once you have let them go.

You may end this effect prematurely as a Free Action.

  • Effects that do not require a physical target may still affect you. It is ultimately at GMs discretion whether a given mystical or supernatural thing in a Scenario will impact intangible targets, but generally things with physical components will fail to work properly on you when you are in this state.
  • Any items and equipment on your person become intangible along with you. You can hold them and move them around, but they are intangible and thus will not work for their intended purposes.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.

You can interact with things that are within 75 feet without needing to physically touch them or be near them. Lasts for the next hour. Any rolls made for Actions taken in this way use a Mental Strength of 2 in place of your Brawn rating, a Mental Agility of 2 in place of your Dexterity, and otherwise use your own Attributes and Abilities.

Telekinetic actions have the following restrictions and behaviors:

  • Reactions: You cannot use a Reaction telekinetically.
  • Line of Sight: You must be able to visually observe anything you interact with, and any actions that you are taking will end if their target moves out of sight.
  • Unarmed Combat: You are able to deal damage through unarmed attacks, grapples, and thrown objects.
  • Weapons: You cannot wield weapons effectively in combat.
  • Fine Tools: You are otherwise limited to actions that a normal human could do with their bare hands.
  • Maintaining Focus: You must maintain Concentration while taking Actions in this way. If you are Injured or interrupted, you must roll Mind at Difficulty 9 to maintain Concentration. If you fail, you cannot engage in telekinetic actions for the next 6 - Intellect rounds.
  • Levitation: If you are strong enough to lift yourself, you may levitate up to within 75 feet away from the ground. Movement is limited to 5 feet per Round.
  • Multiple Items: You can only interact with one thing or take one Action at a time.

  • Any telekinetic actions which interact with Animate targets may require contested rolls at GMs discretion.
